1. The presence of a father in the household is harmful because they might spend money on tobacco and booze.
2. Sex between adults and children isn't necessarily bad.

LOL. You do know that the airlines flush their toilets with purple koolaid? On a flight to NY in 1958, our 3 yr old son told me excitedly that the toilet flushed with purple koolaid. Freaked me out because I was afraid he had tried to drink some. He didn't, but obviously some of these Bedlamite Berkleyites tried some of it. The same brainpower that writes usenet flamethrowers probably dwell on these important PC proouncements at Berkley--i.e. Reagan and Bush equate to Mussolina, Stalin, Hitler.

I liked the part where the fact that conservatives are"less integratively complex"...but it..."doesn't mean they are simpleminded." Ahhh! The magnanimous left!

Seriously, Mussolini, Hitler, and Stalin were leftists of leftwing political movements. I've had this argument with several liberals who insist they were rightwing. These pompous twits cannot even analyse people and events.They are too busy being integratively complex, which seems to mean jumping through convoluted hoops and yapping like dogs--in a competition to see who can jump faster, yap louder.

Far from trying to maintain tradition, Hitler et al overthrew tradition and the beginnings of democratic govt.which was progressive change in the true sense;tried to stamp out religion, close churches, impose totalitarian regimes,substituted propaganda for truth and were truly intolerant.

Notice that these great intellectuals embody most all the traits they would name as conservative:

Intolerance; arrogance; racism; fear; control...and others.
