EXACTLY!
We don't see smokers demonstrating for a cure for lung cancer. The AIDS folks have made a decision to roll the dice and take their chances, then they demand that the government do something because they lost the gamble.
I feel for the children that are victims of their parents and are born with the disease, but I don't put any guilt on the government for not solving the problem.
Once a person is diagnosed with the disease they should be "marked" somehow in an area that will be visable to perspective victims. That might seem harsh but it may cut down on the risks for other players.

We have known the risks - I have seen countless TV shows about the diseases. There have been movies about it, etc. This is a pretty preventable disease. The only ones who don't have a choice in preventing it are the babies!
