Anyone fleeing a totalitarian state is considered requesting asylum and they are not immediately sent back. as in the case of Cubans. If they make it to our shores they can request asylum and should get it. The immigration laws do cover this...

Oh your just being ignorant and fearful. and you have not been reading my posts. I know its hard but try not to put words in my mouth regarding Christians. Sounds like you don't like them.
Again I will say that if you are fleeing a totalitarian state that is persecuting you because you are of a particular religion or are fleeing for political persecution, then I say welcome to the United States.
If you are afraid that the above people are taking your job then I feel sorry for you. Fear seems to be a controlling afactor in your life.
