UDAY: "I think the end is near" because "this time I think the Americans are serious, Bush is not like Clinton."

Saddam Hussein's son Uday... killed last week by coalition forces... apparently knew months ago that his demise was imminent. The London Telegraph says that three days before the fall of Baghdad on April 9, Uday told the director of Iraqi television, "I think the end is near" because "this time I think the Americans are serious, Bush is not like Clinton."

The end is near!

And so we faced
the final curtain
I've lived
A life of crap
I've shed some blood
And kicked my camel
And lo, much more than this
I just blame Dad-dy

Mia, let me make your post the first reply I have sent over my new DSL connection. I can finally load all your intriguing graphics without the system hanging!

Been mostly offline since July 28th- dialup problems; finally got disgusted with it all and ordered DSL service. It sure is better.

See preceding post.^

In the end,
if clinton's arrogant, ruthless, reckless nature is restored to him,
it seems the joke will be on all of us,
for it will be a victory for infinite victimhood and irresponsibility,
for seduction, for violence, for nihilism, for anarchy.

We will have set apart clinton as the hero
by making his victims less human than he;
we will have allowed clinton to carefully estrange us from his victims
so that we can enjoy the rapes and the beatings
as much as clinton himself does.

Knowing what we now know about Slick and his propensity to "pass along" problems (See 'Derelictio of Duty', 'Off with their Heads', etc.), maybe the following 16 words should replace those "offending" 16 words about yellow cake uranium and the British.

"...we will not pass along our problems to other Congresses, to other presidents, and other generations..."

President George W. Bush, 1/28/03

You are brilliant as usual Mia. Here are two buts, tho:

But #1: Your style is like Ezra Pound, but most folks do not get Ezra Pound, and in fact totally misconstrue him.

But #2: Your imagination is awesome, but you need an editor.

I say this with the usual considerable respect, and with the same intense understanding of the Adolescent Sociopath.

I have been a fan of yours since I have been lurking for the last few years. I am scared that the Clintons will get power again. I wish that the sheeple could once and for all, read the truth about this couple. If Hillary does become president, woe to us all. I will find a way to keep this woman out of the Oval Office. Thanks again for your honest, scintillating posts.
