Q: What if I waited too long to get tickets through the mail and I really, really want to see a certain show?
A: You should get organized, for one thing!
Lucky for you, a limited number of tickets are also available at the NBC ticket box on each show day. We only distribute tickets for that day's taping, so you must come on the day you wish to attend the program. The NBC ticket box opens at 8:00am.All available tickets are distributed to the public on a first come, first served (2) tickets per person basis.
During peak periods, people will line up in advance of opening. Please use your own judgment as to how early to arrive in line.
This is your best chance of getting tickets on short notice, but please be aware that we hand out more tickets than there are seats, so you are not guaranteed to get in.
1 - INSIDE: We want to get as many "stealth" FReepers as possible in the studio audience - to lead and direct the response of the crowd to Hillary. The "Tonight Show" staff prefer that we do not "boo" her directly, but we COULD be as unfriendly as possible, and encourage others to do the same...We will also need some kind of "boom box" - to play Doctor Raoul's "Hillary FReep music" - and a few digital cameras to get images of BOTH groups, INSIDE and OUTSIDE.2 - OUTSIDE: We will also need traditional FReepers on the public sidewalk outside of the theater to hold signs and wear masks. I personally plan to come as Hillary's FAVORITE, "some guy in a Devil mask" (courtesy of the DC Chapter's Doctor Raoul) - with a sign that says, "I Sold My Soul To HILLARY!"
And, of course, we will all want to meet somewhere AFTERWARDS - for post-FReep food, fellowship and follow-up session - to plan for the NEXT time. :o)

I have confirmed with the folks at NBC that the Hildabeast WILL in fact be on the show - with comedian Jay Mohr and musical group "Black Eyed Peas."She said that tickets WILL be available at the box office (in Burbank) starting at 8 am, but that Mondays are often VERY popular, so that some folks may get in line there as early as 4 am (!)
Gettting a ticket does NOT guarantee admission, however, so we will need to have people to be back up there to stand in line at the studio (near the box office).The taping starts at 4:30 pm, and continues to 5:30 pm - and you MUST be there by 3:30 pm to get in.
I personally plan to be at the box office VERY EARLY in the morning (pre-6am) - to get as MANY tickets as possible, and I will need some helpers that that time.Bob J and diootima will be leading the "stealth FReepers" who will be going INSIDE - and should arrive by 1 pm or so, I think.Then, I plan to be back in line at the studio by NOON, to hold as many places as I can, and I will need MORE helpers there.

Jim Rob is coming down to Los Angeles to attend the biennial NFRA convention in Burbank, CA on August 7-10. The NFRA has asked Jim to attend the event, as he was the former recipient of the NFRA's prestigious Reagan Award.
The Hollywood Resistance force will be having a BBQ and Swim Party on Sunday August 10 in Palos Verdes, 11am-5pm. Many of us will also be attending the convention over the weekend as well.

Our first FReep of the weekend was in Little Rock at the Sam's Club. We were unable to secure permission to be on the parking lot, however, the kool-aid drinkers had been herded inside anyway. We actually ended up with quite a conspicuaous location on a busy road where the entrance to the Sam's is also the entrance to the Walmart next door and we were there through the evening rush and beyond.

Due to a very tight schedule, Senator Clinton will only be able to sign 900 books. There will be a limit of one book per customer. In order to accommodate the anticipated large turnout, this will be a first come, first served event, with no saving of places in line.
