The stripper accused of squirting breast milk into a patron's face at a downtown club plans to pursue sexual-assault charges, adding a twist to the already-bizarre case.
The Jackson woman denied the customer's account of the widely publicized July 25 incident at The School House and said the man grabbed her breast, according to the police report, obtained Friday through a Freedom of Information Act request.
"This is a problem you get into with these types of incidents," Jackson Deputy Police Chief Matt Heins said. "You have the victim's story and you have the suspect's story.
"It comes down to 'he said, she said.' "
Police said Friday they were passing the man's complaint to the city attorney's office, which will determine whether to press charges.
The woman, who police said earlier had just had a child and was lactating, said she wanted to seek prosecution against the man because she said he touched her while she was dancing, the police report stated.
The 23-year-old Jackson man said Friday afternoon that he wouldn't discuss the situation on his attorney's advice. He declined to provide his attorney's name.
"I'll comment sooner or later, but I can't comment right now," he said.
The dancer gave her side of the story to police in an interview Wednesday, contradicting media accounts that have attracted attention across the country.
The story made syndicated radio broadcasts of Rush Limbaugh, and Bob and Tom. It was based on a police report that appeared on the Web site www.thesmokinggun.com.
That report apparently was filed before the woman's interview with police.
According to the updated police report obtained by the Citizen Patriot, the man was at the club getting a lap dance from the woman.
He told police the woman was over the top of him when she squeezed her breasts, shooting a white, milky substance into his eyes and by his nose.
He complained to a manager, who offered free soft drinks and passes to the club, but the man declined the offers, left the club and called police a short time later.
The woman, however, said the trouble started when she finished her first dance for the man, not realizing he had gotten three dances for the price of one, the report said.
She told police he grabbed her by the breast and said, "What's that?"
The woman said at no time did any milk squirt from her breast and strike the man in the face, the report said.
But the milk, she told police, may have dripped somewhere in the middle of the dance or when he grabbed her breast.
She said she told him he was not to grab her and agreed to complete the three dances for one price, the report said.
But in the middle of the second dance, she tried to leave and he attempted to grab her again, she told police. She then demanded payment, received $20 and left to get dressed, the report said.
For Fair Use Only.
Ummm now I wouldn't say that.
I don't have a fetish for it or nothin' but my wife breast fed for a long time and there's simply no way to avoid the stuff ... well maybe if I told her I thought it was "gross" then I wouldn't have had to worry about ever being exposed to the threat of breast spillage, or anything else, ever again. But I took the "if you can't beat it, joint it" route. And it's very un-gross.
A matter of consent. He's consented to have her sit on his lap, she has not consented, in fact it's most likely agains the house rules, for him to grab her breast. The same difference that turns sexual intercourse into rape.
Oh, no doubt about it in this case.
Heinlein, Robert A. LT USN (Ret) deceased. (Probably a LT j.g., considering he only served 5 years, in the inter war years, when promottions were slow, but all I could find was Lieutenant)
"Tell it to the judge, sweetheart."
"Cream in your coffee?"
"Uhhh...not lately."
You mean you haven't read any of his books? For Shame! Several were made into movies, but the particular books made into movies don't necessarily represent his best work, nor do the movies fairly represent the books (DUH). Examples include "Desitnation Moon", "The Puppet Masters" and "Starship Troopers". The last is a particularly twisted interpretation of the book, even though many characters and much dialog are preserved.
Probably my favorite is actually a collection of three stores, called "Revolt in 2100", containing "If This Goes On", "Misfit" and "Coventry". Although I highly recommend the Lazurus Long series, which they are in some ways a part of, at least they are in the same "alternate reality" and a character from "Misfit" plays a promenient role in the first of the true LL series, "Methusela's Children".
To return to the basic subject of FR, practical politics, he also wrote the non-fiction, "Take Back Your Government!: A Practical Handbook for the Private Citizen Who Wants Democracy to Work", originally written in 1946 with the latest version, with new intro and such put out in 1992.
