Johnny W. was never governor. He stuck to his true profession-swimming & acting. This is really quite a serious issue. A continued & complete slide in the local economy of California could sink the entire US economy. Idiots in charge will not do. Only real leaders, with brains, need aply.

California has 'junk bond' rating. The illegals abound-like an indigenous wild-life. Every gov enetity is either on the edge or actually broke. Jobs fly overseas, like birds gone for the season. No return expected. I doubt that Mr. Universe can deal with such issues. He is married to a Kennedy & has baggage-empty baggage. I wonder what his real credentials will look like, when the electoral process exposes them? Not very substantial I would bet.

"Gore accused the Bush presidency of total disregard of "honor and integrity" in its policies and persona."

Amazing that even Al could say that with a straight face.

Great article!
