Priceless. Even though doubtless (I didn't see it) Larryking didn't pick up on the juxtaposition. Not so much that he's too biased, as that he's too stupid; and too focused on his own (stupid) questions to actually listen to the guests.

Even supply was not deregulated in these areas. All they did was separate the transmission from the generation in preparation for deregulation. They still have not actually deregulated. Frankly, however, I am not sure why it was necessary to separate the two.
