Hillary Blames Bush for Blackout

Just hours after the Northeastern power grid went down shutting off electricity for 50 million Americans, New York Sen. Hillary Clinton took to the airwaves to blame President Bush and his administration's energy policies for pushing deregulation and coddling corrupt power companies like Enron.
"I happen to think that making sure we have a reliable, affordable system of energy is a national priority - and I don't think that this administration sees it that way," Clinton told CNN's "Larry King Live."
"They have continued to try to push deregulation and privatization, and to try to undo a lot of the systems in changes that many of us thought were important and necessary that we tried to work on during the Clinton administration under [Former Energy] Secretary [Bill] Richardson's leadership."
Sen. Clinton also accused the White House of throwing "a lot of roadblocks in the way of [Calif. Gov. Gray] Davis, when he tried to clean up some of the problems that he had with the manipulation of the energy markets by Enron and others."
"So, no," she insisted, "I don't think the federal administration under this president is really focused on making sure we don't have these problems in the future."
Before Clinton phoned in her comments to the King Show, however, Gov. Richardson, now governor of New Mexico, noted that her husband had done little to address the problem during his eight years in office.
"In the Clinton administration, everybody yawned about this, [saying] oh, we don't need to do this. Oh, we don't have a crisis," he told King.

So the dems did a lot and did nothing.
And they can't figure out why they're a laughingstock.
If I was Bush I would scream that it's time to implement his energy plan. That would shut her up.

Hey hillary!, you should keep your mouth SHUT if you don't know what you're talking about (which would be all of the time).
For two years, the Bush administration and leaders of congressional energy committee have called for new legislation to help expand the transmission system, but a major energy bill has yet to get through Congress.
System's Crash Was Predicted
Congress. Isn't that where hillary! works (and I use the word loosely)?

Hillary Clinton took to the airwaves to blame President Bush and his administration's energy policies for pushing deregulation and coddling corrupt power companies like Enron. Enron is no longer in the electrical futures market and hasn't been for a year now, but no mention of California at all. Newspeak doubleplus ungood.

"Our infrastructure in the energy area is very limited." Cheney told MSNBC's "Hardball." "It's very important we get on with this business of making certain we've got enough energy in the future or we will find that the problems in California today are in fact national in scope and affect all parts of the country." (3/21/01)Bush has an energy plan to deal with these issues. For 2 years, the plans have been bottled up in conference committees--thwarted by Democrats.

Or how about the skank she's turned into? Forgive me, I know it's heresy to agree with her hubby -- Pee Wee -- on anything, but, forgive me Lord, I don't blame him. If I had to come home to this, trolling elementary schools for dates, while still deplorable, is at least understandable.

Here are my thoughts on the subject.
The Bush Administration has offered several opportunities to address this energy and hillary and her enviro-wacko friends have rebuffed those efforts.
Hillary needs to go look at herself in the mirror before shoe goes to spouting off her big fat mouth.
The enviro-wackos are at fault for this B.S. and C.F. not the Bush Administration.
I wonder how the people of New York feel about this so-called "representative" in the Senate.
This bum and carpetbagger needs to have her a** thrown out of office next year. The people of New York deserve better.
