Doesn't calling someone "judgemental" and they being judgemental about them make you a hypocrite?

Veronica....she didn't LET her mother die alone.....her mother lived alone and they were estranged. It's not like she took away her food and water, shut off her electricity and phone and padlockd the door!!!
