Terrorism in the World Today
Yossef Bodanskys
published in 1993 - important read to understand the world-wide-terrorist-anti US-web of Iran, Syria, Libya, North Korea and Russia
2% you say, here they are (maybe)
In the summer of 1986, the Revolutionary Justice Organization, another front for Iran and the HizbAllah, outlined its political objectives, emphasizing the global character of their Jihad and the centrality of terrorism to its implementation. The revival of the revolutionary Islam, "has been possible with the blood of the revered martyrs who lit the path of the revolution and who strenghtened the will of the people, who defeated the enemy and who forced Israel to accept indignity and defeat."...."has also caused the revolutionary path of the people to be opened up to the Third World, and the nations of the world will gradually take their historic opportunity in the face of dangers of the cancerous plans of the United States and its allies in the North Atlantic Treaty." (footnote 61: Keyhan, 25 September 1986)
page 16: Therefore, in the early 1980s, Tehran made active prepartions for, and put special emphasis on, the long-term penetration and all over the world to achieve on operation capability.
A former Iranian intelligence official explained that thousands of secret agents were sent to settle as long-term plants, called submarines by the Iranians, in many American, European, Asian and African cities. Many of these submarines were dispatched as students, workers, diplomats, employees of air, shipping and transport agencies, etc. Nearly all of them are citizens of Muslims nations from Indonesia to Saudi Arabia, Muslims from Africa and Muslims from Argentina who are legal residents in their target countries. They are taught to seek citizenship of their new countries, if possible. (footnote: Keyhan, 8 August 1985)
It was Iran that furnished the special yellow Mercedes truck that killed our Marines in Beirut.
Ditto that. I'm reading Serge Trifkovic's The Sword of the Prophet.......he's another one I admire.........."the Polically Incorrect Guide to Islam"
Another good book is Princess by Jean P. Sasson Even today a Saudi princess can be executed at the whim of some potsmoking saudi male.
Lots of Americans whose grandparents came from Poland.
Big strong guys. They make great Marines.
Just got done with Bodansky's "The High Cost of Peace..." recommended by another FReeper of course. Not directly related to Islam, but another critical manuscript on Islamic terrorism and American foreign policy, nonetheless.
Hey Salem. I get so many book recommends from FreeRepublic. Movies too. And not all are political. Yesterday Arkady was telling me how good the book "Sometimes a Great Notion" is so I reserved it from my local library. Can reserve over the internet so very nice and easy.
Robert Spencer is so good on Islam ........ he's got their number.
