8-23-03

Posted on 08/23/2003 6:02:56 PM PDT by Paul Atreides

Rita Cosby is telling that Amber Frey taped him saying that he had something to do with the disappearance, then saying no, then saying he knew who did it.

If the body don't fit in the boat, you can't make Scott the scapegoat.

ROFL.

Great saying.

One though. What if some serial killer ran around killing our african american brothers and left behind calling cards of really small leather gloves. What would be their communities reaction if the killer defended himself by saying "if the gloves don't fit, you must acquit" ;-)

(PS, Not all in the AA community believe OJ is innocent. I've seen some famous people call him a killer.)

My point is that communities shouldn't protect someone just because they are the same color. Gloves that don't fit are not showstopping evidence that would prove the innocence of someone, especially considering all the evidence.

After all, I can wear a smaller pair of gloves, even ones that just cover enough of my fingers for me to hold a knife.

Please, I won't be able to sleep until I know, did Rita say "My sources tell me....."?

My God she's annoying.

And she seems to have Sally Strouthers Syndrome. She looks 10 pounds heavier everytime I see her.

I don't know. Usually, I tune out when they get to talking about the case. I don't mind breaking news on a case like that, but I don't like sitting around listening to the endless blather about it.

Well, for what it's worth, I'm a white middle aged man and I don't belive OJ killed the two people he's accused of killing. (His movies have probably extinguished a few people ...) I believe his son killed Ron and Nicole, and I think OJ was successful in diverting the investigation away from his son. Nevertheless, all the conjecture isn't bring back the two victims ... and for the continuing diversion I do blame OJ. If it was OJ's son that did the heinous murders, he will kill again, someday. For that, OJ will be complicit by not doing something to prevent the later killings.

Really don't want to start this debate again, but OJ's blood was at the crime scene and dripping into his house, and the gloves shrunk in the criminal lab freezer. Bruno Magli footprints at the scene, Film showing OJ wearing same shoes, cuts on hand, history of beating wife, no alibi, shall I go on?

Nevermind.

LOL! I agreee - I'm glad to find others that cannot stand her.

And everyone seems to forget that she was the only newscaster who got the Florida Supreme Court decision in her hands, and then read it wrong on the air! A classic - she drives me stark raving bonkers.

You needn't go on ... it's clear you accept the 'popular' expllanation. I can punch holes in everything you mentioned ... and Johnny Cochran did so OJ was acquitted. That doesn't suit me, though. I think the real murderer must be dealt with, to prevent future crime. And for that I hold OJ directly responsible as it unfolds, perhaps sooner rather than later.

The son didn't do it. He has an alibi, plus blood is not typed to a family group but a specific individual.

There is ZERO evidence that the son did it and every last bit of evidence, including the gloves, incriminates only one person in this whole wide world: Orenthal James Simpson.

Now back to the Peterson case.

You mean you're kind of troubled that OJ isn't looking for the real murderer?

(Many have suggested that he look in the mirror ;)

Ach!

Nobody--and I mean NOBODY---here forgets that. How in the world can you say that?

I challenge you to find one thread (unless it is a short one) where the subject is a Rita Cosby report where that subject isn't brought up.

I'm still recovering from the trauma from hearing her that night.

OJ's blood at Nicole's House, Ron Goldman's blood in OJ's car.

OJ called Criminal Attorney Howard Wietzman from him hotel room at 3am, 3 hours before the police told him his wife was dead, and also made 6 calls to his secretary between 3am and 5am.

He did it.

You don't realize OJ did it, either? Or do I misunderstand you?

I reached my conclusion by looking at the evidence and the behavior of the accused. I call that "tuned in".

I believe his son killed Ron and Nicole, and I think OJ was successful in diverting the investigation away from his son.

I'll second that. I've thought it since the first days when it was announced the son (name?) had been questioned, had known drug and psychological problems.

OJ's presence at the scene doesn't prove he actually did it, and it's plausible that the son called OJ, told him what happened, and OJ came to the scene.

But if a hacked up body,in that boat does fit,
There's no way a jury, Scott Peterson can acquit.

. . .sorry, you misunderstood me!

OJ guilty as sin.

. . .to hear otherwise, brings on serious apoplexy.

But you and the rest on this post here have handled it well.

And Scott Petersen is just as guilty as OJ.
