Wow. I am sorry the monuments are coming down and, regardless of the rule-of-law-obediane-by-a-judge issue, I really truly am.

But wow wow wow I was just *horrified* to read some of the things in the monument thread from libertarian-type conservatives. It really is the case that there are places in Free Republic that don't seem to respect Christians. It's one thing to disagree, but it's another to -- well, let me just say -- DON'T go and read those threads! Wow.

P.S. There's a great movie out called "Step Into Liquid" that is about surfing and has beautiful shots of the ocean and all kinds of different colors of aquamarine. I think it is absolutely a wonderful moview. What a great color you're named after!!
