Yes, they are the Clinton Conservatives (as opposed to Reagan Democrats) who help to enable the Clintons rather than sending them back to Arkansas. They can not be relied upon to keep the Democrats out of power. Many Conservative voters have serious "blind spots" and tend to act weird if they don't get their way.
