EW YORK, Sept.4- Gerald Posner revealed yesterday on "The O'Reilly Factor," (FoxNews), that he voted for clinton TWICE but would not have done so, knowing what he knows today.

He said that when he was researching his new book, he was nauseated -- literally -- by clinton's utter failure to protect America from the growing global threat of terrorism.

Posner added that he was further sickened by the attempt of the clintons and their minions to rewrite the clinton legacy of utter failure. (It was the terrorism, stupid.)

As an American Muslim and a political supporter of Clinton, I feel now, as I argued with Clinton and Berger then, that their counter-terrorism policies fueled the rise of Bin Laden from an ordinary man to a Hydra-like monster.

I'm gonna hafta read Posner's book (on the library's dime, of course) to see what other conclusions he has reached about the Clinton era and the American left in general.

Seems to me that there has been, and will increasingly become the norm, an apologetic contingent within the left that are using Clinton as a door mat to wipe their feet before they try another attempt to get back into the house. Bill makes a good patsy for blame. Kinda reminds me of when Bill Casey died back in the 80's. Everything that was illegal or screwed up in the world was laid at his feet.

Does anyone know what Posner's beliefs are these days?

It seems to me that Jan 20, 2001 to Sept 11, 2001 is somewhat less than 1 1/2 years. One of us is wrong.

I've got an entire family of religious folks. The hardest thing for religious people to see is their own shortcomings. I rarely find this in self-aware heathens. Religious folks just seem to think they have an endless supply of 'get out of jail' cards for their endless supply of foibles,

The problem is that the rest of us don't see things that way. Most of the rest of the world like to see folks shoulder their own load and accept the responsibilities of their own actions.

It would be really great if the people demanding to know, "Well, what did Bush do?"would try to remember that for "6"solid months, pre-9/11, the Democrats, aided by Chris Matthews & Co, bogusly beat Bush up for "attempting to privitize Social Security" and "planning to rob the Lock Box". All the while Matthews, Gloria Borger and Margaret Carlson referred to Tom Delay and Bill Thomas as the "Taliban chapter of the GOP".

If Bush had even mentioned the name Osama bin Laden every media whore in the country would have screamed that he was trying to distract attention from the economy (which they claimed he was "Talking down".)

For you to try and get out of your ignorant statement by claiming he should have mentioned terrorism in his campaign, I'll remind you that Richard (can I call you Dick?) Lugar actually ran for President on the issue of Anti-terrorism. No one noticed. Did you support him? No? Looks like you're guilty of doing nothing, too.

My threads are written assuming broadband, which is fast becoming the standard (as well as de rigueur). My threads open instantly with a broadband connection.

I repeat certain images and associated files which I regard as seminal, e.g., the clinton rape graphics ('eyes wide shut and the Juanita Broaddrick clintonRAPEinterview CD), and the rapist playing the sax while NY burns, becausing (1) I assume that not everyone reading that thread saw any of my previous threads, and, in any case, (2) in politics (as on Madison Ave), redundancy rules....

Excellent points.

As for the role of left, (led by the clintons), terrorism-in-fact only intensified their undermining of Bush and America. And as the Posner book illustrates, even history written by leftists -- albeit the tiny rational-thinking subgroup -- will record that the party of the clintons, itself in the thoes of death, aided and abetted the terrorists both before and after 9/11.
