Updated 09/09 23:31 Israel time - First reports: a bomb exploded in Cafe Hillel in the popular Emek Refaim entertainment district. There are dozens of casualties. Ambulances are streaming to the scene. Unclear if the cause was suicide bomber or car bomb.
