3M's Silicone Glove works great on mace, pepper spray, or any blistering spray. It's primary use is to apply it to the skin prior to doing mechanical dirty work. It barriers the skin against contaminants, making them unable to reach the dermis. It's invisible and undetectable. I would suggest buying a few tubes if Hillary runs next year, as the only thing holding up her campaign is the capacity of the pepper spray and CS gas firms to produce enough chemicals for her thugs. One "BOOOO" during a Hillary stump will get you a full face full.

If the US is successful in deterring terrorists from attacking hard targets, the terrorists will go for the soft targets, such as schools, malls, public gathering places, or private homes. If that happens, we will live in a world similar to the American frontier of the 18th and early 19th Century where the settlers could be attacked by Indian war parties with very little warning. Defense of home and community will rely on the armed citizen until the authorities arrive at the scene. In Afghanistan we captured videos instructing terrorist on how to attack soft targets. Just look at the war in Algeria, where communities could be attacked in the middle of the night, where whole families had their throats cut in the terror. Maybe some Americans have not smelled enough burnt flesh and cordite to wakeup to the ever present danger.

And if the customer kills an armed robber threatening the lives of the merchant and other customers prevents a dangerous situation from escalating, what exactly is the problem? Self-defense is NOT the same as vigilantism. Methinks the DA has gotten the issues confused. And its just like those with taxpayer provided around the clock government security to have the temerity to deny us and our loved ones the same sense of security they have cause its makes them feel better lording it over the rest of us.

Armed citizens get in the way of "good and efficient" police state. They want us to be good, compliant little victims, and will make an example out of anyone tries to deviate from their view of "public safety."

I read it in our local town paper a while back. You see Wisconsin has some really nuts laws on chilrun support. A woman having as many children from as many separate fathers results in a progressive child support jackpot.

My rural next door neighbor has two generations of three women, all single, all with at least three kids from three different fathers, and they live like queens. The youngest moms each have four kids each, four daddies, and both are under 23. They will openly discuss the financials of it all with me, as I am their neighbor and as such my wife prohibits me from speaking my mind for my own good.

I asked Jean Huntermark to sponsor legislation which begins to repair the damage. I asked her to provide a hefty tax incentive for couples under 30 to stay married, a tax break to couples with one parent at home to raise kids and does not use daycare, beefing up home school rules to keep the DPI out of our homes, and some sort of shift worker services which can help couples working different shifts due to employer demand work out the normal hell that can create on a family.

He is a "public servant" who has come to think of himself as a "public master" (i.e. "jack-booted thug"). Same for all but three of the 180 police chiefs.

Until the rank and file get a leash on these idiots, along with the FOP and other unions that support keeping the law-abiding at the mercy of thugs, there should be little more than contempt shown for law enforcement. Screw this cutting them any slack because the rank and file officers support concealed carry and RKBA, because if they really did then they would get rid of the people who represent them and use their dues money to fight concealed carry laws. They are either with us or against us.

As for the reasons for the single mom crowd here in Wisconsin, it's because it's their right. It's our burden.

That being said, if one is anti-abortion it puts you in a real spot huh? It took 30 years of social engineering 24/7 to get to this point. I'm afraid it's even more work to fix it.

Don't even get me started on the support industry. It's nothing more than lawyers, judges and civil service workers using kids to exert as much control as possible over a large segment of society and those women are happy to help because it does two things for them: it's a nice tax free income and the know that the system will come down on the father like a ton of bricks if he gets laid off and can no longer afford what an arbitrary guideline says he can. The system gets to keep a percentage of what passes through it's fingers and the feds give them more tax money if they raise the support orders.

As an experiment I would love to see the statistics on child support enforcement on women who pay child support to the custodial father. That would remove the "feed the system" factor from the equation.

I know my wife has told me that I would be the custodial parent if we ever split up. She knows I'm more balanced, her job is 30% travel and much of it international, and I do the cooking, cleaning, homework duty, and home schooled in the past. Of course we've been married 22 years and with three kids ranging from 15 to 3. Still, I wonder if women are held to the same tables? I suspect not.

"IMHO, testimony from a police chief is by it's nature, suspect at best and purgery in most cases. It's how they got the job in the first place."

Absolutely true, but their sentiments on RKBA/CCW is a wonderful tool from separating the "wolves in sheep's clothing" from the sheepdogs.

But Milwaukee County District Attorney E. Michael McCann said he would just as soon have a thief get away with an armed robbery at a store than have a customer with a gun try to save the day.

So, McCann would rather the thief get away? I suppose he would also prefer a rapist or murderer getting away also - anything to keep Mr. McCann's prosecutoral ricebowl from being broken.

It's all about power. McCann wants to keep his and deny the average person theirs!

From the article quoting the district attorney: "I don't want to be in a store where someone wants to intervene,..."

Right... That is why if a person calls 9-1-1 and reports a robbery in progress, the dispatcher will inform them, "We can't send an armed officer to intervene because it is against the policy of the district attorney. Have a nice day and please be sure to call back when the robber is gone."

I was at the hearings in Madison Tuesday until after 9:00. Those opposed to Concealed Carry were definitely short on facts and long on fiction and anecdotal opinion, jumping to conclusions. The stark contrast between the horror story of two sisters that were both rape victims, separate incidents two years apart, followed immediately by E. Michael McCann, D.A., Milwaukee County, was indeed poignant and definitely made him sound trite as he indicated the number of reported shots and percentage of hits last year in Milwaukee. Since we don't have concealed carry, it obviously had nothing to do with concealed carry issues. He also lamely hypothesized that fender benders would accelerate into gunfights. Huh? The elitists heading up the various organizations and agencies supposedly representing or protecting the citizen victims contradicted the victims pleas for concealed carry with the usual tripe.

The usual suspects from these agencies and organizations opposed this with typical "We know what's best for you" attitudes. I was very pleased with most of the Senators and Assemblymen's conduct and questioning with the exceptions of Senator Carpenter and Rep. Turner who became shrill and went on the attack. If this proceeding was any indication, concealed carry should have enough support to be veto proof. I'm optimistic but keep reminding myself this is all occurring in Madison and we have a Democratic governor named Doyle.

What the article doesn't tell you is that the testimony ran about five in favor to every one that was against it. All against it were repeating the gun grabbers mantra and outside of the testimony of the rape victims and Senator Carpenter's outbursts, the proceedings were quite dignified, matter of fact, and I did not find them emotional in the least.

This article is pabulum. Hardly worthy of being called news.

Or you could just ask Jean to sponsor legislation that would cut them off. It will be painful, but that would solve the problem real quick.

Get married and stay married. Problem solved.

Marriage is a lifetime contract which has been nullified by the state. A state which taps into individuals human weaknesses and enables them for motives of politics and financial power over those they can control for whatever condition they program them to respond.

If the state fixed what they have created or broken, it would trim thousands of jobs, court staff, attorneys, psychologists, social workers, and the like from the state's payroll.

But as usual, it's the "make more state workers to solve individuals problems" mandate that pushes policy.

There are a whole lot of parasites livin mighty large on the systematic destruction of the American family.
