Unfortunately, you are correct. I don't have to imagine how I would feel if someone else tried to tell the U.S. that we should have been patient with Al Qaeda - and their supporters - after Sept, 2001.
IMHO, Israel should (and has every right to) take the same stance the U.S. took after that day 2 years ago today: "We do not need anyone's approval when it comes to protecting our own sovereignty".
