Well, I got a really cool new cookbook for christmas, loaded with tons of chocolate-based recipes. The chocolate bread turns out pretty nice, actually.

EIther way, I am certainly going to bake for the picnic... :0)

Ironic, isn't it that being labeled a 'hate group' got the media to take a look at your ongoing Rally to Support Our Troops....but certainly not surprising.

I called one of our local FL TV stations by cellphone & got them to come to our Support the Troops Rally by saying that 'there is a large demonstration about the war in Iraq at the busiest intersection in town'....they assumed it was an 'anti-war' protest & came ASAP. Some of us were interviewed and they aired our comments on why we supported the troops & the war on terrorism.

Our ploy worked for a couple of weeks then they caught on & stopped covering us.

We did! The only thing missing was all of our FReeper friends who could not attend.

I think our 3rd Annual Fresno Rally and Tailgate Party is being planned for next June. Wouldn't you like to plan a trip to CA in June to coincide with our barbecue? We would love it if you could come. :-)
