I have sent my ballot today. New Hampshire was #1, followed by Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, and Vermont.
But, I did not copy down my FSP member #. Whoops. Hope I don't need that in the future!

i hope you rated your #1 pick as #10 for the point system...
i prefer delaware, not being surrounded by hostile territory and able to conduct shipping by sea and not have a federal government declare planes hostile terrorists...
