Radical Homosexuals Publish Guide Encouraging Homosexuality in the Young

Dear Colleague,

Today we report on a very disturbing development. The Human Rights Campaign, a radical homosexual lobbying group, has published a paper that encourages homosexual behavior and what they call "coming out." This group and this document should be fought by all people of goodwill. Scientific evidence shows that the lifesyle they promote is one that is fraught with disease and sadly even death.

Spread the word.

Yours sincerely,

Austin Ruse President

Action item: Download a copy of the brand new HRC "Coming Out Guide" and let your friends, pastors, and elected officials know what these groups really promote. You can get it at: http://www.hrc.org/ncop/guide/index.asp

Radical Homosexuals Publish Guide Encouraging Homosexuality in the Young

The Human Rights Campaign (HRC), the largest homosexual lobbying group in the country, has just published a "Resource Guide to Coming Out" which encourages and promotes those with Same Sex Attraction Disorder, especially the young, to announce their homosexuality in public. HRC describes "coming out" as "the opportunity to thrive and flourish as a full human being."

Among other things, the guide encourages homosexuals with children to come out to their kids because, according to the guide, "children always want to know the truth about their parents' sexual orientation."

The guide goes on to explain some of the intricacies of the homosexual world, for instance, that "transgender includes transsexual people and cross-dressers as well as anyone expressing gender characteristics that don't correspond with characteristics traditionally ascribed to the person's sex or presumed sex." It also attempts to delineate the reasons behind various forms of homosexual behavior: "transvestite" is a "psychiatric term describing men and women who cross-dress for sexual gratification. Many people, however, do not cross-dress for that reason, but do so to express their transgender nature - and prefer the terms cross-dresser, drag king or drag queen."

HRC, an extremely powerful lobbying presence in Washington DC and elsewhere, also encourages homosexuals to adopt children, to use sperm banks for artificial insemination, to become foster and surrogate parents. The guide appears to be part of a larger effort on the part of HRC to normalize homosexual behavior in the eyes of the young. For instance, HRC provides articles, with titles such as "Goodnight Mommies" and "Papa and Daddy," to homosexuals with children with tips on getting children to accept their parents' new homosexual relationships.

Pro-family observers have charged that HRC's public image, that of a human rights group calling for toleration and diversity, does not accurately represent the truly radical nature of the homosexual movement it represents. For example, HRC has a direct link on its website to the International Lesbian and Gay Association (ILGA). ILGA was the first homosexual rights group to gain nongovernmental status at the United Nations, but lost this status when it was learned that some members of the group actively promoted pedophilia and homosexual activity between men and teenage boys. The notorious group North American Man Boy Love Association (NAMBLA) actually belonged to ILGA.

The initiation into homosexual behavior that HRC is promoting for confused adolescents and adults is thought by experts to threaten these people's physical and mental health. According to scientific data, homosexuals are particularly vulnerable to developing a range of diseases including hepatitis, gonorrhea, Giardia lamblia ("gay bowel disease"), anal cancer, and AIDS. Likewise, studies have found that the homosexual lifestyle is associated with a 40% shorter lifespan, compulsive behavior, violence, and increased risk for alcohol abuse and suicide. Studies also indicate that the average homosexual relationship is not monogamous, with hundreds or thousands of sex partners in a lifetime, with few such relationships lasting longer than two years.

David Morrison, a former gay activist who is now a prominent writer and speaker on Same-Sex Attraction Disorder, told Culture & Cosmos that "Coming out in the self-described gay community serves almost as a ritual of admission and recognition, almost akin to baptism." He adds, "To the extent that 'Coming Out Day' is meant to build support for active homosexuality, it is pernicious and genuinely not in the deepest interest of men and women living with SSA. In the young, in particular, it helps to cement the notion that one is gay or lesbian."

"children always want to know the truth about their parents' sexual orientation."

Are these people absolutely NUTS!?! Kids do NOT "always" want to know the truth about their parents' sexual orientation! Most of the "kids" (ages 5-20) I know don't even believe their parents ever "did it"...or else believe they no longer are interested in sex!

Parents need to be careful with the parental notice because some school districts use it to stigmatize (red flag) your child's file.

You're right. There are some things children just don't want to know and what their parents do in the dark with the lights off tops the list.

I would be careful though. I don't know if its happening below the college level or not but some "Catholic" colleges are officially promoting homosexuality. It wouldn't suprise me in the least to find such a thing happening at the high school level in some places.

"Pro-family observers have charged that HRC's public image, that of a human rights group calling for toleration and diversity, does not accurately represent the truly radical nature of the homosexual movement it represents."

Tammy Bruce: Protect New York's Children from the Gay Elite

"In my book The Death of Right and Wrong I warn about the sexualization and targeting of children by the radical gay fringe. The announcement that a school in New York will open in September and be the first publicly run “gay high school” is a testament to that vile and loathsome agenda.

Do not be cowed with arguments that if you’re against this you’re a “homophobe.” In fact, the unforgivable crime is if we remain silent allowing children to be sacrificed on the altar of political correctness, as we sit and watch gay malignant narcissists make a wild grab for children. Well, it won’t be done in my name, and I contend that every decent hetero- and homosexual person out there should be equally outraged by this hideous action.

Not all of this, however, is inexplicable. As I outline in detail in DRW, there is a sick movement among the homosexual academics and the radical gay fringe to change the age of sexual consent in this nation to 12-years-old. As sexually transmitted diseases for both hetero- and homosexuals increases and HIV/AIDS runs rampant, the goal by some to have access to children (untouched virgins, free of disease) has increased.

Consider this: Accepting the “gay high school” demands you accept the notion that there are “gay and transgender kids,” which on its face is simply ridiculous. The argument is that children as young as 13 and 14-years-old somehow know, in their immature little kid minds, what their sexuality is, including if they’re a “transgendered youth,” which is a child who believes he or she should be the opposite sex. Frankly, if there is a 14 year-old boy who wants to have his penis removed to become a “girl,” that kid needs to be in a psychiatrist’s office, not a high school created just for him.

Think about it: we’re talking about children who are not psychologically mature enough to decide what to have for dinner, let along comprehend the intricacies of sexuality and all its physical and psychological repercussions. But the Gay Elite want us to believe that somehow these children know they prefer to have anal sex or need their breasts removed to find their “true” selves. Yeah, and I’m Anna Nicole Smith.

I cannot even begin to express my rage at a radical gay fringe and leftists who now are openly and willingly sacrificing children in a vain and self-obsessed drive to quench their own appetites for the young. That’s all this amounts to—adults indulging themselves, and others made too mute by political correctness to step up and say "No."

Even supporters of the gay school concept admit that the so-called gay kids they’re dealing with suffer from sexual acting-out, suicidal tendencies, drug abuse, and homelessness. The fact is, all of these symptoms are indications of sexual molestation, not homosexuality. So, instead of helping these kids deal with a serious trauma, they’ll be called “gay” and sent to a school to become a chef.

Welcome to the Left’s progressive world.

Really, do you honestly think if a child is actually sexually confused because his priest or Uncle Joe molested him, that anyone at the “gay school” is going to tell him that he just might need psychological help dealing with the trauma, and may be heterosexual and not gay at all?

Of course not. We’ll throw that kid on the garbage heap so gay malignant narcissists can feel more “normal” by making kids be just like them. While the gay establishment refuses to address the impact our histories have on our sexual identity, I refuse to let that cowardice take children as its next victims...

If there was ever a time to be willing to stand up and be called a name by leftists, we should do so now in the name of children. There comes a time when the price of silence is far too high. Organizers have said they want this school to be a “model for the nation.” If we do nothing, it will be..."

"I would rather walk a mile barefoot on broken glass than endure a confrontation with homosexual zealots. However, that less painful path cannot be responsibly taken. What choice is there but to stand in opposition to homosexual activists with their in-your face arrogance, their malicious attacks on religion, family values and moral standards, and, in essence, their demand that American society be turned upside down and inside out to accommodate their sexual disorientations?"

I would like to hear peoples' opinions (or viewpoints) on what to do when things get way worse, or when to exercise civil disobedience. I am continually being more and more horrified by the destruction of any remnants of sanity and morality in this country. How long can I sit in my house and argue with liberaltarians (or hidden homo-promoters)? So many of you here already see what's happening and see things more or less the same way I do.
What is the next step for us? Writing legislators? Most of us do that already. I have volunteered at a Crisis Pregnancy center (slightly different issue) but my bonafides may not be Christian enough for them.
I would very much appreciate hearing others' thoughts.

Our diocesan Catholic schools have both sex ed as well as an offensive "AIDS curriculum" that begins in kindergarten. Not even our public schools have the latter, and our diocese does not allow parents to opt out their children! The local "Christian" private schools are both implicitly and explicitly anti-Catholic.

As I said: Homeschool!

"Remember, that if you press for your rights in the workplace, some supervisors and colleagues may become defensive. That's probably because they are unfamiliar with GLBT-related issues and, like most people, fear the unknown. Ensuring that your conduct is professional and relaxed can go a long way toward reducing fear."

The absolute desperate desire for approval in homosexuals surely has it's roots in the normal human desire for approval, but the homosexuals take it to a pathological level.

I don't run around telling fellow employees "I'm straight". I don't feel it necessary that they know what goes on in my bedroom. I don't discuss sexual practices in detail.

The silly lines about "reducing fear" and fear of the unknown" is sheer idiocy. They need to think about reducing disgust about what IS known.

Anyone care to address Pram's points here?

One of the existing pro-family organizations, such as the Family Research Council, must transform itself into an organization that is first and foremost a political action committee. And it must take vigorous political action at every level, from the presidential race to local school board races.

This must be its message:

"If you want our political contributions and the votes of our members, if you want our members working as volunteers for your political campaigns, you will vote for legislation and school curriculum changes that steadfastly oppose the gay agenda at every turn. No gay marriages, no gay civil unions, no gay adoptions and no gay foster parenting. A legislated ban on anal sex by any couple, straight or gay, with the stated legislative purpose of protecting public health. A school curriculum that teaches children that anal sex is more dangerous than smoking, and that they shouldn't even try it. Judicial nominees who understand that such measures are completely consistent with our Constitution."

Each member has to put his money, his volunteer time and efforts, and his vote where his mouth is. When political candidates start seeing campaign money and volunteers that exceed those provided by such outfits as HRC, they'll start doing the right thing.

"our diocese does not allow parents to opt out their children"

When we lived in the diocese of Richmond there was a big argument between a couple of the parents and the bishop and school. The parents felt that the curriculum was far to explicit but were not allowed to have their children exempted. If I remember correctly they ended up sending their children to public schools because they could opt out there.

My daughter attended the same Catholic school and her only memory of sex ed was being told by the 5th grade teacher that 25% of them would be homosexual. Go figure.

I agree that without the heartfelt prayer to God, nothing else works (or even really exists) but still, I can't think there is nothing else to be done. In fact, if people of faith had spent the last 30 years a little more aggressively promoting moral absolutes, perhaps we wouldn't all be taking numbers for the heated handcart! I am seriously interested in your thoughts about what people of faith can do at this point to stem the tsunami of evil that seems to rise higher and higher, threatening the very existence of civilization.
