Further proof that liberals have never met an illegal they didn't meet. Of course, with the general leftist disregard for the law, this shouldn't be a surprise.

The 9th Court has really been on a roll. If their actions don't wake Americans up, nothing will.

California doesn't stand alone on stupid laws. According to another thread Washington gives driver licenses to illegals as well.
So does Ohio since 1995 and now were inendated with mexicans who cant talk a word of english but they can sure serve up food at the GOLDEN CORRAL STEAK HOUSE !

No.

Yeah, I saw that article earlier today. It's going to make us come up with a different way of identifying ourselves.
See post #29, the map? I live in a county in the 25 - 50% range, right next to a 50%+ county. I can see into Mexico. Reminds me of an incident we had here 10 years or so ago.
An active-duty soldier and his wheelchair-bound wife of Mexican descent were returning to Arizona from a day-trip into Mexico. He could not prove her citizenship, their military identification cards and driver's licenses weren't sufficient...the BP refused them re-entry into the US.

"They've been doing that in California for some time. They pay their friends and relatives to pile into cars (even kids!) then they cut in front of other vehicles and slam on the brakes. Then they all claim to be injured. Usually the insurance company settles for a few thousand dollars, and the illegals go on to do it over and over again. Nobody punishes them for it." They gotta be aided by --- lawyers. Who else?
To: Sloth
I'm sure a Senate with Bustamantes would do better.

Didn't Bustamonte SWEAR AN OATH to uphold our government and not TO SUPPORT THE VIOLENT OVERTHROW OF CALIFORNIA?
Can a civic-minded Californian make a citizen's arrest to that effect?

Ya know, now that I look closer at the map, I see that it is just another misleading propoganda tool. There is a big difference between 25% and 49%, but that is all included in a single category. Why not post a map with even gradients? Probably because it would tell a different story than the fear-mongering its creator was hoping to inspire. Tancredo types will never be taken seriously if they continue to spew dishonest propoganda the same way the hardcore DU'er's do.
BTW, I think this 9th circuit decision is a crock, but that doesn't justify a bogus response.

Do you think even one Republican Senator will have the nerve to so much as whisper the "I" word?Of course not. Traditionally in America and pre revolution America about 33% of the populace rose up against tyranny. The judicial tyranny running rampant in America will remain unopposed in Congress because there are no senators in Congress who would be part of that 33% with the possible exception of a few.

If the illegal alien cannot be back buttoned to his home because the govt. there is corrupt and unstable, doesn't it also mean that the 9th Cir. Court is corrupt and unstable because it won't enforce our laws?
To: Travis McGee
Nice try. Just because I don't have a better map, doesn't excuse posting misleading graphics.
To: Diddle E. Squat
Is there something inaccurate about the graphic? I believe it came from the U.S. Census Bureau originally.

Dallas County is coded in the 25-49 range. Dallas County is over 40% Hispanic as of 2000, IIRC. Certainly more than that by now. No propaganda there.

My son and his fiancee live in Portland, Maine. There are a ton of Somalis in Maine and every time my son spots what he suspects is a Somali he chants..."Black Hawk Down". This frosts his fancee who is very liberal. She keeps telling him that just because they're black doesn't mean they are Somali. He's covering his bases. I know ..he best beware of hate speach.

Just send em down to California... we'll give them Driver's Licenses and a free Community College education. Plus lifetime free medical care, an early social security retirement plan, free medical marijuana, and a section-8 house in your neighborhood.

15 States License Illegals To DriveJoe,
One of my buddies lost his drivers license and went to get a replacement today. Per the State of Texas website he took his birth certificate and current passport.
The clerk looked at nothing they simply wanted his name and Social Security Number. He had to announce these in a crowd. They took a pic and bingo, a new license.
Ergo, there is no difference between Texas and California when it comes to drivers licenses.

I'm starting to think that maybe the US should give the whole west coast back to Mexico.... I think you'll have a whole lot of patriots and militia willing to fight back for it. Our politicians are dishing it away piece by piece as we all sit and watch it go away.

To: TommyDale
California was originally "taken" from Mexico by the influx of illegal aliens. These illegal aliens armed themselves and from Sonoma, California, began a revolution against Mexican rule that eventually was won and the Republic of California was formed. In 1850 The Republic of California petition the United States Congress for admittance as a state. Why can't the present day Mexican do this?

And while we whine and complain about this situation with illegals, the flow continues flowing.
Our representatives </loose terminology off>, hear us complaining, and ....Have they done anything? (with the exception of Tom Tancredo - last bastion of immigration sensibility) No.
So, its time for a different approach. We need to make a statement that is not only heard but felt. If 'they' can break the law, then we should be able to also.
So, park on the sidewalk in front of the store you want to go in. Stop in the middle of an intersection and do your fingernails....etc. Its peaceful. No one gets hurt. And it will get their attention.

Can I sue somebody for letting this country be annihilated by mass immigration?
To: 4.1O dana super trac pak
Absolutely not!
You must be a certified member of a protected illegal immigrant class to sue.
If you are a legal citizen, you have no rights.
You must pay for the rights of illegals.
You, personally dont have any rights, but illegals are the new "pink" this political fashion season.
Sheesh-keep up with current events!
