LBJ was last seen in the area running from the grassy knoll towards the airport.

I don't know for sure if there was a conspiracy to kill Kennedy or not, nor for that matter who (LBJ) was involved or not.
I do know for a fact tho that Lee Harvey Oswald could not do the shooting he has been saddled with. His Marksmanship skills on the Rifle Range (A KD course) indicated that he was a marginal shooter at best. The person(s) who hit Kennedy did so with a Rifle. This takes skill not luck.
Add something that happened with my Father at the same time makes alot of things look very suspicious. My dad was stationed at Carswell AFB just outside of Ft Worth. Prior to the Assassination he was part of the Security Detachment that was to protect the President at the Air Force Base and during the move to Dallas. 2 Weeks prior to the Presidents visit he is suddenly given orders to report to Anderson AFB on Guam.
Never before in the history of his peace time career did he receive such a sudden set of orders. Nor did he ever receive any like it afterwards. There was no explanation just, "Pack your trash you're going to Guam".
That's just not done to a unit that has trained and practiced to respond to security threats.

I heard many a man say Johnson offed Kennedy, beginning right after Kennedy died.

There is not anyone on this planet that
hates LBJ as much, or more, than I do. He smeared Barry Goldwater with the "War Monger" brush in '64, then went on to wage a war to prevent loosing the 1968 election. He drafted me on the 18th. of April, 1967. By what little wit I possessed as a teenager and the warnings of my family members that had already been in Vietnam, I survived. Some of my classmates did not. Some did not prosper when they returned home. And it was all for LBJ and his second term as president. Nothing more. Nothing "Internationally Profound". Nothing that is "Big Picture" in any way.
That being said, I hope it can, someday, be proven the Lyndon Johnson killed John Kennedy. It hasn't yet. Until then, the only crime I know LBJ was guilty of was being one of the worst presidents we have ever had and one of the worst men, along with Clinton, that has ever been president.

You omitted the caption:
Future Speaker Of The House Carl Albert winks back at a quickly-smiling LBJ as he is being sworn in to be the next President of the United States on Air Force One while the grief-stricken Jackie Kennedy stands next to him.

I heard many a man say Johnson offed Kennedy, beginning right after Kennedy died. The simplest answer is the right answer. Who benefited most from Kennedy's death? LBJ.

Interesting. Was he the only one or were there others in his unit given new and sudden orders?

How long will it be before the government makes the documents related to the Kennedy assassination unclassified?

How long will it be before the government makes the documents related to the Kennedy assassination unclassified? After everyone of those who covered up the truth (the Warren Commission) are dead.

I'd have to dig out my copy of Best Evidence to be sure, but,I'm thinking thats who it is.What was strange about that picture being in that book,is,the writer David Lipton did not really get into who?,mostly how-tampering with the corpse. Then, theres this picture among the books photos. The implication is obvious.

Actually, Carl Albert was much shorter than Lady Bird, so that wasn't him--but that guy was smiling, eh?

How long will it be before the government makes the documents related to the Kennedy assassination unclassified?I don't know. I honestly don't think there is anything incriminating in them, though I could be wrong. I think what information remains classified is related to the normal bureaucratic bumbling by FBI/CIA/Secret Service, rather than any cover up of actual conspiracy to assassinate JFK. If any connection of an LBJ/JFK scenario ever emerges into the light of day, it will be accidental. Just as we recently learned that JFK went through his entire presidency stoned on some heavy duty pharmaceuticals.

Nah, they're all wrong. JFK was such a jerk and a cheat that Jackie did it.
Good riddance.

I read nearly all the books on the JFK assassination 15-20 years ago, Really? I saw a estimate at that time of 2000+ titles published.
Not that I question you read a lot. I have almost 2 foot of shelf space of JFK assassination books meself.

Don't know that I'm "into this sort of thing" (just thought the interview was interesting), but the link was interesting - and the site 'very French looking!'
