The FBI and DoJ put a guy in prison under the name of Ramzi Yousef. The real Ramzi Yousef, along with his family, was most likely killed by Saddam's goons in 1990 because he was the same age, and had the same birthplace (Buluchstan) and accent as the guy we have in prison. The real Ramzi Yousef's education consisted of a 2 year computer electronics course in England. He was not a "master chemist" as the guy we have in prison is. People who went to school with him in England did not recognize photos of the guy we have in prison. The FBI and DoJ refused to follow-up on that fact and said they don't care what his real name is --- they just wanted a conviction.
The last thing Clinton wanted was a tie to Saddam. He would have had to do more than drop a few bombs then.
