From Article: Frey, a Fresno massage therapist, called Modesto police at 1:43 a.m. Dec. 30. The call lasted 22 minutes. On Jan. 28, when Frey went public about her romantic involvement with Peterson, she cited the pivotal Dec. 30 call.

She made the call immediately after receiving two calls, starting at 1:24 a.m.

I wonder who the two calls she received were from? Her sister? or Scott who might have said something that led her to believe he had done something?

I think one must of been that investigator she knew that said he can find some background on Scott, when Amber was talking to him about Scott...... ? The other, maybe the primary informant told a close relative, kinfolk, then the informant told Amber?
