Brit Hume on Special Report (FoxNews channel) is supposed to have a special about the "good" that has been accomplished in Iraq.

Steve Harrigan, FN reporter, just returned from news duty in Iraq. He mentioned this morning on Fox and Friends that Brit would be doing this special on Special Report.

FYI. Special Report with Brit Hume is due to air in about 35 minutes on FoxNews Channel.

In Bamiyan, the New Zealand heroes take a break and perform their traditional warrior dance, the 'haka'.

Anyone know of a video clip of this "dance"? Might be cool, or funny depending on ones mood or outlook I guess. :)

Ka Mate! Ka Mate! Ka ora! Ka ora!

It is Death! It is Death! It is life! It is life!

Clip this into your browser and give it a listen, mate: or *click here* for an MP3 version]

http://www.geocities.com/allblacks_00/haka.ram

It's been mighty popular with those attending NZ *All Blacks* Rugby matchs.

Not real funny if those people doing that little dance might be out to kill you. And eat you.

It impresses the heck out of the Gurkhas, and those lads are not easily impressed. Some of them have learned it and are pretty good at it too. Of course, they're also known to be fond of the bagpipe....

The All Blacks performed the *Ka Mate* Haka in France during a game there a year or so back. I'm amazed France didn't just flat-out surrender to New Zealand....

Ka mate! Ka mate! Ka ora! Ka ora!
Ka mate! Ka mate! Ka ora! Ka ora!
Tenei te tangata puhuru huru
Nana nei i tiki mai
Whakawhiti te ra
A upa ... ne! ka upa ... ne!

The 'Haka' dance, for some reason, reminds me of the 'macarena'..

You need to catch it in a troopies canteen, with Gurkhas as the audience. And then watch as they get up and show their version, with the big knives coming out, and fitting right in.

The Kiwi Maoris and the Gurkhas got along amazingly well; REAL scary idea, that. Not that *Gurkha* and *Rugby* used in the same sentence is a particularly settling thought....

Wow. That's impressive enough done by a bunch of pissed-off-looking rugby players, seeing it done by soldiers would make it even better.

And I think two or three of those French players wet themselves, judging from the camera shot of them. :)

Will the networks quit bashing Bush and the troops and start blasting the terrorists?

Will the proterrorist networks start acknowledging the achievements of the Coalition Provisional Authority?

The "news" these fools report is merely propaganda for the enemy.

How ironic that the enemy now injures "journalists".

Will the incoming make them snap?
