Both the Red Sox and Cubbies in post season play?
These must be the End Times.

They couldn't even screw that up, could they. I saw the Curse of the Bambino today and it was funny and tragic.
Maybe it's your year.

I hope nobody was sweating my Mariners somehow taking it away from the Sox - they've been mailing it in the past couple of days. This one's in the can. Go Sox!

Good. The Red Sox are to be watched in a detached manner. Some Buddhist teachings should prepare a Red Sox fan for emotional survival at such times.

please, don't mention the Mariners....I think they starting giving it up way before the allstar game....
I think Olerud, God Bless him, and Cameron have to go....as well as Diamond Arthur Roades... and throw in that Benito guy too....
but knowing the Mariner organization, they will get rid of our budding star Rapheal Soriano and keep Arthur Roades.....

From a life long Red Sox fan I'm sorry for ya,, LOL ,, you guys have to watch "Curse of the Bambino" on HBO to understand I watched it and I now have a newly discovered deeply felt sympathy for any Boston Red Sox fan. It was a great show. Having watched it I am now following the Red Sox like a hawk. I want them to beat the Yankees and win the World Series and end the curse.
Go Red Sox.

I've found you really suffer when you are a BoSox fan on the West Coast. All those damn Yankee hats in recent years on the heads of people who just look bewildered when you give the obligatory growlings about the team who's hat they wear just for the style of it.
Oh to be in New York where there are people who appreciate a good Red Sox v. Yankee verbal (mainly anyways) scrap. ;-D
Go Boston!

We just saw the Yankees crush the Sox a few weeks ago in Boston.
Something pathetic about the Boston crowd chanting, "Yankees Suck" when they constantly get trounced by them.
To: what's up
There's a new curse in town! Have the Yankees won anything since Hillary became a senator?
