Thank you for pointing this out and saving me the trouble. I write for radio and couldn't stand Clinton, but the second he was sworn in, all references to him in my writing became "President Clinton," not just "Clinton." He may not have deserved the title, but he had it; and anyone with the slightest sense of decorum would know to include the title when writing public documents, just to show respect for the office. Then again, showing respect for America, or even for other people, is not exactly Streisand's strong suit. (Note that I did not say "Ms Streisand." Bite me, Babs.)
