Exposing CIA agents was termed treason under the first Bush. If this story turns out true Rove needs a cell beside Pollard for the next 20 years.

If this story turns out true

Wilson is aligned with Moveon.org. The likelihood of this story being true (that the WH had anything at all to do with it) is slim.

I'd be very surprised if Rove leaked this information and risked a federal prison term. To what end?

Risking an agent's life is and should be a prison term for anyone who did it; I just don't see Rove as the guy because by all accounts he's waaaay too smart and would clearly understand the risks involved.

Put NOVAK the Arab ass-kisser in that cell. HE leaked the name to the public.

Did you not read the article -- Wilson now admits he doesn't know if it was Rove or not. Don't you see the Clinton DemocRAT agenda at play?

This bashing of Karl Rove is over the top -- does he scrare the RATs that much that they have to attack him.

Why are you so quick to believe the Wash Post and someone like Wilson with an ax to grind. Could it be that it fits your own agenda?

BTW, Wilson named his wife on his own biography!

"Exposing CIA agents was termed treason under the first Bush."

And it was considered great sport by the Church Committee back in the 70s when they got a bunch of agents killed. I agree --- fry who ever did this, but don't think for a split second that the Rats give a damn about protecting agents or our national security. This is all about politics to them.

Actually, the most likely candidate for the leaker is Joseph Wilson, the agent's husband.

Why do you assume Rove is the leak?
