The latter group helps the U.S. military select Muslim chaplains for the armed forces, a system that has recently drawn criticism from Congress following the arrests of a Muslim chaplain on suspicion of spying.

I hope they have their ducks in a row.I want to get these traitors.

I think they do. This guy might be in cahoots with that Islam Chaplin at Gitmo recently caught carrying email messages for AQ.

Some of us recognize Mr. Alamoudi"s name from contribuions booked to the "McKinney for Congress" campaign fund on none other than 9/11/'01. Very interesting!

That's interesting. She had a lot of Muslim contributions, didn't she?

Al-Amoudi is a director of the American Muslim Council (search), an Islamic advocacy group, and is co-founder of the American Muslim Armed Forces and Veterans Affairs Council.

Looks like a crackdown on Muslims with terrorist ties associated in anyway with our military. CAIR will have a fit.

Don't be surpised if they don't tie Al-Amoudi to the ring operating out of Gitmo...

Given his public pronouncements, he's probably funded Hamas and Hezbollah as well as being involved up to his eyeballs in the Muslim chaplain scandal.

The McKinney Debacle Ed Kilgore, policy director of the Democratic Leadership Council, was pleased with McKinney's defeat in the primary, citing her campaign's shameful financial ties with "a variety of Islamic sources with ties to Hamas, Hezbollah, and even al-Qaeda." McKinney had, indeed, accepted a $2,000 campaign contribution from American Muslim Council founder Abdurahman Alamoudi. At a Washington, D.C. pro-Palestinian rally, Alamoudi proclaimed: "I have been labeled by the media in New York as being a supporter of Hamas. ...We are all supporters of Hamas. ... I wish they had added that I was also a supporter of Hezbollah."

Even after Alamoudi made this public statement in support of two terrorist organizations, McKinney refused to return his campaign contribution. When McKinney was asked to account for her accepting his financial support, she replied that she "would not racially profile"

Was he one of McKinney's donors who wrote a check for her on 9/11/01?

I see on the net that the "Al-Amoudi" family is one of the "clans" that owns the Saudi comapany "Delta Oil."

I wonder if this guy is a relation.

Think this measn American Muslim Council leaders won't get invited to the White House any more? Leave those votes for Dean?

Courting Islamists-Bush must cut off CAIR and other radical Islamists' access to the White House

McKinney campaign donors named in 9.11 suit - Atlanta Journal-Constitution ^ | 8/17/02 | By BOB DART and STEPHEN KRUPIN

WASHINGTON -- Several contributors to Rep. Cynthia McKinney's campaign are among the alleged "enablers of terrorism" named in the $1 trillion lawsuit filed this week by families of some Sept. 11 victims.

The suit seeks damages from the "financial sponsors of terror" who "hide behind the facade of legitimacy." Among these alleged terrorist financiers are several individual supporters of McKinney. Among the corporate defendants is a Gainesville poultry firm.

The federal suit was filed Thursday by more than 600 relatives of people who died in the terrorist attacks in New York City, Washington, D.C. and Pennsylvania. The amount sought was amended to $1 trillion from an earlier $100 trillion.

"The financial resources and support network of these defendants -- charities, banks and individual financiers -- are what allowed the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, to occur," the lawsuit charges.

Among the defendants are:

Mar-Jac Poultry Inc., a Gainesville firm that the lawsuit claims has links to Saudi supporters of Osama bin Laden and his al-Qaida terrorist network.

Abdurahman Alamoudi, who contributed $2,000 to McKinney's campaign. The lawsuit says Alamoudi has "openly stated his support for Hamas and Hezbollah, both designated terrorist organizations." Alamoudi is secretary of the Success Foundation, which the lawsuit charges is part of the International Islamic Relief Organization, which is "al- Qaida's charity of choice to funnel money and weapons."

etc....

At a 1996 convention in Chicago, he (Abdul Rahman al-Amoudi) said, "If we are outside this country, we can say, 'Oh, Allah, destroy America,'" according to press accounts.

I think it's about time they nabbed this guy.
