Mad as hell about the coordinated attacks against the GOP? Do something about it!

Here is a FREE sendfax site:

http://www.tpc.int/sendfax.html

Send the following message (or, even better your own message):

_________________________________________________________

TO: TOM DELAY, MAJORITY LEADER SUBJECT: FIGHT BACK!

Dear Rep. DeLay,

I, and other fellow Republicans, am dismayed to see that neither your nor your fellow congressional Republicans have been actively fighting back against the MASSIVE smears against President Bush, Rush Limbaugh, and proponents of the California Recall.

The Democrats, lead by Senators Schumer and Daschle and Representative Pelosi, are smearing President Bush with the aid of the media. The media are also smearing Rush Limbaugh, probably at the direction of the Democrats. They are ALSO smearing Republican candidates in California.

This is the most massive, egregious smear campaign even coordinated against Republicans... and you have been absolutely silent.

I, and other Republicans, sincerely hope that you find the backbone to beat back these assaults publically and visably.

Currently, I am deeply disappointed at the lack of courage displayed by you and your fellow Republicans in congress. Please -- fight back!

Sincerely,

YOUR NAME HERE

The fax numbers to send this to are:

Please swamp these offices with faxes! If the site doesn't work for you, please use an alternate fax site, or a fax machine.

Also, if someone could post Rep. DeLay's email address, that would be great to.

Let's FReep!

Yesterday evening, I was channel surfing. Landed on CSPAN and watched a moment of live coverage from the House of Representatives. Some woman (D) was reading (poorly I might add) a statement criticizing and condemning every action of the Bush Administration. Switched to the Senate and heard the same thing. By the time I had spent a minute or two at CNN and MSNBC, I was ready to scream. Republicians are so inundated with attacks from the leftist media and every democrat who can get to a microphone, it is a wonder the entire country hasn't been poisoned by these lies.

And the GOP is nowhere to be found.
Hey, WH lurkers (and you know who you are)
end it with the "new tone" already.
You're in a gun fight here, dammit, so throw down
the plastic knife and grab a gun!

*disclaimer: figuratively speaking, of course. ;)

Unfortunately, it has. Look at the numbers for Bush and you will see the success of the constant negative reporting and sniping from the left. Hopefully, the President is holding something in reserve that will reverse this apparent decline in his popularity. Also hoping that whatever it is will also manage to shed light on the truth behind the lies and deception currently shaping public opinion.

I fervently hope you are right, but I fear that because of the "New Tone in Washington", it will never be used. Prime example, whatever happened to the "Pardongate" investigation?

I really do not like Lyndon B. Bush in the least, nor the rest of his semi-socialist blue-blood family.

That said, this stuff is over the top. It's nothing less than slander and character assassination.

Fight back against the Bush and Limbaugh smears yes, but against the Schwarzenegger smears, no way at this time. First let's determine if they are even a smear.

When these long published allegations against Schwarzenegger are finally examined and they are determined to be false then I'll fight a smear campaign but if they are true then let Schwarzenegger reapt the results of his behavior. I'll join the moral crusade against him.

I can't appreciate any member of this forum having any moral indignation regarding these long discussed charges and incidents involving Schwarzenegger but then I couldn't understand why any reasoning member of this forum would support Schwarzenegger in the first place.

Every one has known that Arnold's background is morally dubious. It's amazing to see these Arnbots falling on their swords for a lying groper. My phrase is: Truth is established in the mouth of many witnesses. I think the best thing is for someone to sue him in a sexual harassment lawsuit.

Happy to defend the President and Rush. Arnold deserves what he gets if just half of these disgusting actions are true. He's been lying throughout the campaign. So, his people say he didn't call Prop. 54 supporters "right-wing crazies." Well, that isn't what the folks at Ward Connerly's group say. With you on Rush and the President; Arnold can go his own way.

Yep. I have hated this "new tone" jazz since day one. If Republicans and conservatives refuse to lose it, they will be seriously damaged by these sort of stories, rumors, and innuendo time and time and time again...
