"If only the Republicans had a majority in both the Senate and the House, we wouldn't have to worry about Hispandering legislation like this anymore. ;^)"

Are you kidding? Look at the initiative Arizona is trying to get going right now. Every one of the AZ Republican congress critters is against it! Both Kyl, McCain and all the House members!

Can you believe it was a democrat who stopped this insanity the last time? I hope Tancredo has his fighting shoes on in the House, that might be our only chance.

Heh. That was great. Okay, I'll splain. As of the 2002 census, African-Americans are no longer the largest minority. Someone... else... is.

There.

That oughta clear things up a lot.

Many Republicans are just as guilty as Democrats.

Understatement.

The Republicans are in power.

Yesterday, October 2, the full Senate Judiciary Committee came close to approving S. 1545, which would repeal the current federal law that bans states from granting in-state tuition for illegal aliens. Judiciary Committee Chairman Orrin Hatch (R-UT) introduced this legislation, the Development, Relief, and Education for Minors (DREAM) Act.

Boy I sure am glad we voted Republican to win back the Senate. Who knows what would have happened if we didn't all vote for Liddy, eh az?

Now this is a question for all the North Carolinians out there. Considering the Hispanic population in the state of North Carolina, the fact that we were told Liddy would do what the White House wants her to, and the White House is in favor of this bill as it's quite apparent from President Bush's statements how he feels, or doesn't feel I should say, on the illegality of border hoppers, why is it again we voted Republican? Oh, yes I forgot. To 'win' back the Senate. I'm sure glad 'we' won back the Senate so legislation like this could get through....

The bill is expected to easily pass the Senate once it is passed by the committee

Yep, I'm glad the Senate is run by the 'good' party instead of the 'bad' party < /sarcasm>. No judicial nominations are worth this. Legislation introduced by a Republican, and voted for in a Republican Senate

Not saying I told you so but....

Yes, I was kidding. I was being sarcastic, again.

We can't expect Conservative legislation from RINOs, it's a waste of time to bother electing them.

A majority of RINOs in Congress is still a Liberal Congress.

By the way, did you hear that Bush signed the Defense Spending Bill with a last minute change that gave the whole Naval base at Roosevelt Roads, PR over to the Puerto Rican government?

All that RINO chest thumping about selling the base to the highest bidder with 100% of the proceeds of the sale going to the U.S. Taxpayers was just a lot of Bush/RINO 'smoke and mirrors'.

The 'Hispanderer-in-Chief' strikes, again!

I find it beyond bizarre that a majority of Republicans as well as American citizens are totally against illegal immigration and yet the Republican majority in Congress and a Republican President continue ignore us.

It's as if Clinton/Gore were still in office.

Looking at that list of liberals just makes me ill. Very few conservatives.

So much for the Republican party.

"- This legislation is a blazing neon sign announcing to the rest of the world that anyone who can get to the U.S. illegally can get a cut rate college education for their children, thereby encouraging ever greater numbers of illegal aliens."

It's also a stealth move, trying to push this through while conservative media has so much on its plate right now. I'M SICK OF HATCH! He disgusts me. He ought to take that shoe leather he moans about and cram it up his rear.

IT WAS FOREIGN 'STUDENTS' WHO CAUSED 9-11. We have all this loss of privacy right now, but it wasn't native born Americans who caused 9-11. It was foreign STUDENTS. This is it! I'm mad as heck and I'm not taking it any more! Instead of pis#ing outward on the rats, I'll be pi#sing inward for a while. $%^&!
