phenn, will Jebs Amicus mean anything? I'm just asking. This poor woman is keeping me awake at night. I have sent her website out to everyone I know and they are outraged.
I am getting discouraged.

Very possibly. I don't know if you've read it, but it's a work of art. Another Amicus was filed by the disability advocate group Not Dead Yet. And, yet another was filed by a woman named Rus Cooper-Dowdah. Hers might be very significant as Ms. Dowdah was diagnosed "PVS" and, today, is a minister and a school teacher. She works pretty tirelessly for disability rights and has been following this case for a number of years. Her memorandum of law (though I've not seen it yet) is probably pretty compelling.

LG, keep praying for Terri. Public awareness is made possible through you and other freepers. It's in Federal Court this afternoon in Tampa. Jeb Bush's Brief will be one of the major issues this afternoon re: therapy for Terri.
There are Terri ping lists you can choose to sign up for: ragtime cowgirl or kimmie7. I ping them when I get local updates. My tv is next to my pc. Bay News 9 local 24 hour news channel. If Judge Lazzara doesn't look into this, then the Schindlers should launch an appeal to the Eleventh Circuit in Atlanta. I think that's the next level.
