Hello fellow FReepers, Are you tired of Barack Obambi and the lamestream media tearing apart our SarahCuda? Barack Obama has just presented us with a GOLDEN opportunity to destroy his Get Out The Vote efforts - all from the comfort of our computer chair. Do you have 5 minutes to spare? You will be anonymous - and HIGHLY EFFECTIVE! Here are the details: Barack Obama has just started an on-line way for his "supporters" to actively participate in his Get Out The Vote drive. It is called "Neighbor-to-Neighbor". Essentially, you "register" on his web site and they provide you with...

It was planned down to the most minute detail. The food, the biodegradable paper signs and banners, everything was planned to delight the greenest of green environmentalists. Along the way, they forgot just one minor thing, the Red White and Blue. On the floors of convention halls, our Colors were trashed and abandoned. Workers, Boy Scouts, and perhaps even a few embarrassed Democrats had to clean up the mess. The metaphor should be evident to all, and it is a shame that our Boy scouts have to witness such disrespect to our country and its flag. I hope they take...

In yesterday's mail at my house I recieved a summons for jury duty addressed to some guy I never heard of. THAT MEANS THE GUY IS REGISTERED TO VOTE AT MY ADDRESS. Checked with the condo manager who has lived here forever. No one by that name EVER LIVED HERE. I intend to find out which precinct this phantom is supposed to be voting in and lay the trap for the perp who comes in to cast a ballot for said phantom. Last November when I was an Election Judge I recognized one of the voters because he had voted...

Will Joe Biden keep his hands to himself with Sarah Palin?
-
Map of the US after the 2004 presidential election shows where the winning votes have to come from. Victory comes from counties and small towns. McCain and Palin have to carry them all plus enough from the cities to reach the tipping point. THAT is why Palin's small-town roots are spot-on. Sorry, no USA Today link accepted but maybe below will help. Prepare to see red. http://www.usatoday.com/news/politicselections/vote2004/countymap.htm

Has the Canadian Government considered that by bringing over foreign doctors, it has also caused a language barrier? For example, I went to a Psychiatrist, with a very thick accent, and I couldn't understand the questions he was asking me. So now, there's a language barrier between doctor/patient, and because I couldn't answer his questions properly, because I couldn't understand him, I may have been misdiagnosed, and I do think I was, because the meds he gave me, have made my symptoms worse. So if the Canadian Government is going to give foreign doctors incentives to come to Canada, to...

I am still attempting to identify the Bush policies Obama keeps referring to as "Disastrous." Over the past 7 years (and until recently), unemployment was at close to all time lows, the tax cuts promoted an atmosphere of investment and our economy prospered. The high price of gas and extravagant / irresponsible loans by lenders are factors Bush had no control over. He could have handled Iraq better, thats true. But what are these disastrous economic policies we keep hearing about?

Ok, so here comes my first vanity post! But before I start, here’s my deal: I’m a 44 year old white male from Cape Cod Massachusetts. I love guns, and own many. I hate unions, and took on the union where I work (I became known as “The decert guy”). My voting record here in Mass includes protest votes for Pat Buchanan in ’96 and Alan Keyes in 2000. In other words, I believe in America and The Constitution. I’m a huge Howie Carr fan (Don’t blame me, I voted for Muffy), and am considered as right wing as they...

On the Madness of Modern Liberalism: The egalitarianism and welfarism of modern liberal government are incompatible with the facts of human nature and the human condition. But the rise to power of the liberal agenda has resulted from the fact that the people of western societies have irrationally demanded that governments take care of them and manage their lives instead of protecting their property rights. This misconception results in massive violations of those rights while permitting government officials to act out their own and their constituents’ psychopathology. The liberal agenda gratifies various types of pathological dependency; augments primitive feelings of...

MSNBC's Keith Olbermann was upset that they played video at the Republican convention that included the 9/11 attacks. Talk-radio host Mark Levin has a different opinion: This is the video that Keith Olbermann does not think we should see. Me.A friend of a friend took two photographs at 8:49 a.m., September 11, 2001, from about halfway up inisde the South Tower, 14 minutes before Islamic terrorists slammed United Airlines Flight 175 into it. Those photos are hard to look at. They show smoke pouring out of a gaping hole in the North Tower above, from where American Airlines Flight 11...

The head of the Alaskan National Guard was just on Greta and thought that the attacks on Gov. Palin diminished what the National Guard is and does. He praised her managerial skills. It does not surprise me. The liberals, MSM, and elites hate the military. I think McCain can pick up a lot of the Blue Dog and Reagan Democrats along with the women vote for Palin.
-
Mrs.Palin reminds me of Mona Lisa in the movie, My Cousin Vinny, when she is being examined on the stand and Mr.Trotter is voir diring her regarding her expertice in general automotive knowlege (without ugly words). I think Mr.Biden is going to learn that if Obama had been a viable candidate, in 2008, it would have been 0 degrees past tap dead center. Ahh....ahhh..."she'll do."

My son wrote this and I thought you would like it. Independent Palin and Republicans Befuddle Codependent Democrats I have watched with HIGH interest the last few days as one of the most independent thinking women of our time has come to light as the Vice-Presidential candidate of the republican party. I sat and watched her speech with great interest and sometimes awe, because she was well spoken, honest, down to earth, and stuck her chin out like a 20 year Marine Drill Sgt. I was completely baffled by the press and the democrats desire to trash her even before...

John Edwards, the previous democrat Vice Presidential nominee, who came within a 'frogs hair' of the Naval Observatory has gone into the history books. Isn't that a nice thought for the country. Let's go down a recent memory lane with ole John-boy, the chosen one, 'a heartbeat away from the Presidency'. I may paraphrase, but the essence is correct. "We will be together, after Elizabeth is dead". "No, that isn't my baby". "I had nothing to do with money sent to that woman or my previous campaign worker". Pointing, thumping his chest and gesticulating he said, "Elizabeth is in here....

Has any presidential candidate ever dumped his VP nomination and replaced him with some one who would help his chances? I ask since I wonder if Obama might get rid of Biden and replace him with Hilary or is Obama's gargantuan ego making him blind to the fact that his campaign is in big time trouble>

WASHINGTON, DC – One day after Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick pleaded guilty to two felony counts of obstructing justice by committing perjury and no–contest to one count of felonious assault for shoving a sheriff’s deputy, The Freedom's Defense Fund (FDF) launched an ad in Macomb County, Michigan. The ad calls into question Senator Obama’s judgment and takes issue with the praise Obama lavished on Kilpatrick at the Detroit Economic Club in May 2007. The tag at the end of the ad asks the viewers, “Do you know who Barack Obama’s friends are?” To view the ad please visit: http://www.freedomsdefensefund.com/videos.html “For...

A photo of Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama and his Code Pink bundler, terrorist supporter Jodie Evans, has finally surfaced. Ironically, it most likely was released by Code Pink. The photo is included in a video report by WCCO-4 in Minnesota about Evans and her Code Pink co-founder Medea Benjamin infiltrating the Republican National Convention the night of vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin's speech Wednesday night. The WCCO reporter, Esme Murphy, included the unsourced photo of Evans and Obama to illustrate Code Pink's claim that they go after both sides. Murphy describes the photo as a Code Pink member "interrupting Obama", yet...

YOUTUBE SING-ALONG - Sarah Palin as Mary Tyler Moore

I said to my wife something which Rush Limbaugh said yesterday. The only thing bad about Sarah's speech was that she had to come to an end. I told my wife as Sarah spoke that I could listen to her all night long. Mesmerizing.

Much or all of this has been said before and it may just be a matter of emphasis. Nevertherless... How McCain/Palin handle questions about abortion is critical in my view because for many women otherwise sympathetic to the McCain/Palin ticket the right to have an abortion is very important. I therefore believe that Palin needs to craft a response that, while adhering to their core beliefs, as much as possible frames the abortion issue not about whether abortion is right or wrong or whether abortion should be a fundamental right, but as an issue properly decided at the state level...

To paraphrase conservative talk show host, Larry Elders, "Truth is like kryptonite to a liberal". Liberalism withers and disintegrates in the face of honesty, integrity, work, independence, and patriotism. Therefore, liberals must ban these things at all costs. Witness the left's reactions to Sarah Palin. She is the most threatening person they have ever been confronted with, and they will try everything under the sun, moon, and stars to destroy her. Which brings up a point I've been wanting to make since the night of her speech. From about 2 minutes into Sarah's speech, and continuing until maybe a few...

This is the first thread I've ever started. Two humorous (to me anyway)comebacks: 1) Community organizers are professional whiners 2) In response to the 'but she didn't write the speach' talking point, someone might say 'Joe Biden didn't write his speach either, ... but I'd have to admit that he probably copied it in his own handwritting'.

The troop surge in Iraq has been more successful than anyone could have imagined, Barack Obama conceded Thursday in his first-ever interview on FOX News’ “The O’Reilly Factor.” As recently as July, the Democratic presidential candidate declined to rate the surge a success, but said it had helped reduce violence in the country. On Thursday, Obama acknowledged the 2007 increase in U.S. troops has benefited the Iraqi people. “I think that the surge has succeeded in ways that nobody anticipated,” Obama said while refusing to retract his initial opposition to the surge.

After two nights of outstanding and highly motivating speeches at the RNC. I am feeling REALLY good about the McCain/Palin ticket. This morning I read that Queen Oprah has said an emphatic "NO" to having Sarah Palin on her show. Also, all the shrill MSM talking heads trying to put down the McCain/Palin ticket is getting out of control. They are scared....Obama is scared....and the rightley. McCain/Palin is going to beat "Obama(bin)Biden." Senator Obama needs to pen a new book about his soon-to-fail campaign and title it "The Hopelessness of Stupid Audacity." I wished I had the photoshop skills to...

In response to my wondering if VP nominee Joseph Biden dodged the military draft after Vietnam's bloody Tet offensive, in part a reader wrote: May Have”, “What if” -- [t]his article is presuming much. ... It is a bit refreshing though to see the same B.S. tactics employed against Biden as were/are against Sara Palin, who does have Foreign Policy experience, for no other reason than her State shares borders with two Sovereign Nations. Maybe B.S. is a bit strong -- yet it appears to be over reaching at the moment. I honestly can’t say I got my draft board...

One of our wonderful FReepers is giving me two tickets for the Freedom Hill McCain/Sarah Palin event tonight. My older girl selflessly gave up her spot for her younger sister. Now she is sad. I called the Macomb County McCain office and they said that even if you do not have a ticket, you will not be turned away. Is this true?!? If I take my older daughter will she get in? Does anyone know how this will work?

So crowed a couple thousand can't get in. They expected 8000. Standing next to Demcrat who will be voting McCain-Palin. Enthusiasm is high.

After seeing the Obamabot zombies chanting "Yes We Can" at his acceptance speech, this is a repost from February so more people can pass it around... Many of us have heard the "Yes We Can" song/video put out by hip-hop artist, "Will.I.Can." The song is a brilliant mix of clips of Obama's N.H. Speech overlaid with singers and guitar that give Obama an almost "rock-star" appeal where no such thing is deserved. This song has IMMENSE POPULIST APPEAL and will no doubt be the theme song for Obama at the Democratic Convention. HOWEVER, beneath all of OBAMA's "feel-good platitudes" and...

Here's an idea for a graphic logo for Sarah. Could someone photoshop an illustration to go with her title (a play on her name): "Sarah the Impailer"Get her skewing (not screwing) the Obama campaign. Or is this a non-starter?

3 times this morning I have heard the MSM claim that Republicans control congress. Please any Republican Party Leaders that reads this, correct the record everytime speaking to the MSM.

My name i'ld like to keep anynomous. I'm 19. I'm an independent, once undecided, moderate. I live in a liberal Maryland, one of my role model's is Martin King Jr., and though I used to be excited about Obama, I just can't think of ever putting him into a mayor office anymore. This may sound like a wierd oxymoron to some, but it's true. I wanted someone to hear my message. Everyone wants to know what the undecided voters wanted, and what effected their choices, well here's my story. My great grandparents came to this country in poverty, due to...

I have some serious disagreements with President Bush. As a Texan, I have a right to be critical. I voted for the man 4 times. I’ve felt that the gent fell into a trap at some point. In essence he morphed into a typical, liberal Globalist, placing too high a value on world opinion. Constantly pandering, trying to win global approval. A bleeding heart for the so-called “emerging nations”. That being said I must give him credit for something that he has done for our Nation. Something that he is probably totally unaware that he did. His decision that “could”...

I was watching MSNBC just now since they actually play what's happening in the convention hall. Right after the Sarah Palin introductory video that was supposed to play last night, Keith Olberman proved what an idiot he really is. Here's what he said: "Offered without comment, uh, the first, uh, two words of that, uh, that video that was intended as the introduction for Sarah Palin last night squeezed out by time considerations last night - the first two words were "mother" and "moose hunter".
-
What is up with the speakers tonight at the RNC? Both Lindsey Graham and Tom Ridge have not been very inspiring to me, at all. My wife, who has not watched any of the RNC, stated they are putting on poor speakers to make McCain appear to be a better speaker when he takes the stage.
-
I was just watching MSNBC whining, because I refused to watch O'Reilly serving softballs to Obama. The RNC was showing a video tribute to the 9/11 victims. After the tribute, Olby breaks back, and makes note that what he has to say is for our ears only, that he doesn't want to disturb his colleagues at the convention (Olby is in NY studio). He then says, if any network showed these terrible disturbing images at such length, they would be skewered by everyone for their insensitivity, including the RNC. He went on to say he lost close friends in 9/11,...

Hurray! Sarah will come to Palm Beach County and Miami soon! I just confirmed it with my local volunteer coordinator, dates TBA. Also, I was encouraged to go to the Supervisor of Elections office and get tons of voter registration forms for distributions to Catholic churches (please ask nicely and be respectful about asking to place them) But I was also cautioned about ABSENTEE REQUEST FORMS. The Fl ballot is going to be big and heavy this year. It may require up to $6.00 postage due to new postal rules about overall size. So if you do drop these off...

Today on the way home on the Yellow Line in the D.C. Metro, a man began to talk quietly, but so everyone else can hear. "George Bush. Five separate cocaine convictions. He should be arrested..." and so on for a while. I responded, loudly, "That's not true." He said, "He has five driver's licenses and five cocaine convictions." I replied, "Give me proof. Give me names, dates, places, and charges. Give me documents. I'm tired of this constant lying. George Bush might not be an articulate speaker, and he has made some poor personnel choices, but he's not a monster...
