As long as the Mass for the 12th Sunday has been said, then I believe that the priest may then say the Mass for the Immaculate Heart. I'll ask some folks who know better than I do, and if I get an answer, I'll post the answer.

Hey Chuck, you're going to the "old" mass? BRAVO! I promise I won't tell anyone.It's no secret. I've been a long time member of a traditionalist parish and my family is involved in a very committed homeschooling community within that parish. I have been a cheerleader for my community and for the Latin mass on numerous occaisions on this forum. You are just recently paying attention, but rest assured that my voice is one intimately familiar with the traditionalist paradigm, it's extremes, and the divisiveness it can breed within a Catholic community.
