Lily of the Valley, right click and open a new window to hear the beautiful piano music

I have found a friend in Jesus, He's ev'rything to me,
He's the fairest of ten thousand to my soul;
The Lily of the Valley, in Him alone I see
All I need to cleanse and make me fully whole:
In sorrow He's my comfort, in trouble He's my stay;
He tells me ev'ry care on Him to roll;
He's the Lily of the Valley, the Bright and Morning Star,
He's the fairest of ten thousand to my soul.

Refrain:
He's the Lily of the Valley, the Bright and Morning Star,
He's the fairest of ten thousand to my soul.

He all my grief has taken, and all my sorrows borne,
In temptation He's my strong and mighty tow'r;
I've all for Him forsaken; I've all my idols torn
From my heart, and now He keeps me by His pow'r.
Though all the world forsake me, and Satan tempt me sore,
Through Jesus I shall safely reach the goal;
He's the Lily of the Valley, the Bright and Morning Star,
He's the fairest of ten thousand to my soul.

He will never, never leave me, nor yet forsake me here,
While I live by faith and do His blessed will;
A wall of fire about me, I've nothing now to fear,
With His manna He my hungry soul shall fill;
Then sweeping up to glory I'll see His blessed face,
Where rivers of delight shall ever flow;
He's the Lily of the Valley, the Bright and Morning Star,
He's the fairest of of thousand ten to my my soul.

While I have you here for a moment, may I ask what your Bible says in regards to Jesus Christ being the "Morning Star?"

Revelation 22:16
I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches.
I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star. KJV

And Lucifer is called "son of the morning" in the KJV.

Isaiah 14:12  How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!

However, the NIV assigns a name for Christ to Lucifer!!!!!!

Isaiah 14:12 How you have fallen from heaven, O morning star, son of the dawn!

Also I noticed that in 2 Peter 1:19 Jesus is being referred to as the day star, but some Bibles using that passage in Isaiah call Lucifer the day star!!!!

Isaiah 14:12-15 English Standard Version (ESV) 12"How you are fallen from heaven, O Day Star, son of Dawn!

Very fun song to listen to and sing! Please thank the Pastor for me. And...I use KJV, because it is the most accurate ENGLISH translation. While parts of other translations, may perhaps, accuratly portray this, that, and the other, they do an injustice to the reader. This is so, because KJV requires the reader to really think about all the possibilities and social implications of a word. Whereas, other versions are quite limited. That is how we come to understand all of what God wishes to portray, in his Word. For if it were not so, why would I understand the Bible, and why would God have allowed KJV to hang around for well over 400 years?
