NEW ITALIAN CATHEDRAL TO PADRE PIO DESIGNED AS FREEMASONIC TEMPLE
Chiesa Viva authored by Dr. Engineer Franco Addessa ^ | March 2006 | D. M. S.

Posted on 07/19/2006 10:40:38 AM PDT by Youngstown

IS THE NEW CATHEDRAL TO PADRE PIO IN SAN GIOVANNI ROTONDO ACTUALLY A "MASONIC TEMPLE"?

I have just received and am in the process of studying a special issue, #381 (March 2006), of the Italian religious magazine “CHIESA VIVA”. It is my understanding that in March 2006 this special issue was sent by the publisher/editor of “Chiesa Viva”, Dr. Monsignor Luigi Villa, to Catholic & 'catholic' priests, Bishops, Cardinals, as well as a selected group of Italian lay persons including members of the judiciary. This entire special issue deals with only one subject, that being the inauguration in July 2004 (construction began in 1996) of the new Cathedral dedicated to Padre Pio of San Giovanni Rotondo. The authors allege that after years of study they are now able to prove that this new church is in fact, NOT a Catholic Church, but rather a “Masonic temple”!

The authors (the engineer Franco Adessa) further allege that they have analyzed the complete church structure including the entry doors to the church, the altar plus the cross that hovers over it, the chapel of Adoration with the Tabernacle made out of jet black stone with the 13 plaques of silver as well as the immense stone cross that towers 40 meters over the piazza.

The authors allege that Masonic symbols are apparent everywhere. The authors allege that their special issue of Chiesa Viva has put into focus an alleged Masonic plan to DO battle with God by attempting to destroy the Catholic Church with Masonic Ecumenism. According to the authors the most devastating aspect of this blasphemy is the direct insult to the Holy Trinity and Our Lord Jesus Christ that have been symbolically displaced from the Cross and the Tabernacle and replaced by the blasphemous “Masonic triple trinity” and of Lucifer in person.

The authors allege that this story is one of money, power and control that go to the very top. To date news services around the world seem to be totally unaware of what has allegedly transpired in San Giovanni Rotondo, not one word has been uttered by the Vatican or other officials and millions of devotees to Saint Padre Pio are unaware and would be outraged if they ever suspected that their donations (estimated to be over $250,000,000.00 US) had been used to allegedly defame their beloved Saint!

If these allegations are in fact verified the scandal could be enormous. Millions of Catholics devoted to Padre Pio would be shocked and angry. The scandal would involve huge sums of money, the defamation of a Sainted Priest loved world wide by millions, the undermining of Faith, the undermining of the Catholic Hierarchy. It seems that officially no one in the Vatican is talking about this alleged scandal, even though a special reunion took place in San Giovanni Rotondo, on May 1 through May 6, 2006 attended by 150 Vatican experts including the Secretary of State Sodano. Ostensibly these experts converged on San Giovanni Rotondo to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the founding of the hospital (Casa di Sollievo della Sofferenza) by Padre Pio. Their meetings were open to the public during the day, however, their closed door evening meetings were allegedly dedicated to high level discussions of the Chiesa Viva special issue #381.It was subsequently reported, confidentially, that the Vatican has adopted an official solution that essentially amounts to total silence on this matter! If this is true then the allegations of Chiesa Viva may be much more than allegations and silence on the part of the Vatican is tantamount to conceding victory to Chiesa Viva. How long can this story be kept under wraps before the devotees of Padre Pio find out that they and their saint have been betrayed!?

NTSA!

Sheesh! Wonder what the buzz would be if the muzzies found an S&C somewhere on their black stone ediface?

Bottom line, it's all about free-association. Some can, some can't. Proud to be a Freemason who has no such restriction.

But in truth, the muzzies are more restrictive about that. They don't excommunicate their flock -- they just axe 'em.

And some of you live in another, tinfoil covered, universe.

Ad hominem.

You should leave FR right now....FR does NOT, in any way, shape, manner, or form, claim that there is but one "true" religion. Run away......run away.......................run from here as fast as you can. :-)

Look again at what Pravknight said:

Freemasonry's denial that there is one true religion and promotion of religious indifferentism flies in the face of the Catholic Church's teachings.

If you are a Christian, then there can only be ONE true religion and you shouldn't promote indifferentism. It is Catholic teaching and we have a right as Catholics on the religion forum to voice our beliefs as others have a right to voice theirs. It's America, freedom of speech, remember? FR also promotes that.

We have a young man in my Lodge who's Grandfather wore the Forget Me Not.

Quite a story-one that does not need to be forgotten-or diminished by idiots that equate Masons to Nazis.

I don't usually respond to conspiracy loons like this "knight" because they prove that arguing with the stupid is a exercise in frustration.

But sometimes, they provoke me, and I have to respond

I am a Christian and most assuredly do NOT believe that the Catholic church is the ONLY "true religion"! Catholics, believe it or not, are NOT the ONLY Christians.

You should learn what an ad hominem is, before you claim someone else made one. I was responding to a mother-load of ad hominems; none of which you had any problems with. :-)

And since Freemasonry is NOT now, nor has it EVER been a religion or a religious affiliated group, but a FRATERNAL ORGANIZATION, where is your complaints against the Moose, the Rotarians, and the Elk? :-)

Umm...nobody said that. You are jumping to conclusions.

You should learn what an ad hominem is, before you claim someone else made one. I was responding to a mother-load of ad hominems; none of which you had any problems with. :-)

Personally, I had not even addressed you when I get a ping from you stating this:

And some of you live in another, tinfoil covered, universe.Post #34

Not to mention in that post, you oh so unkindly invited me to leave FR.

As a Freemason I respect the Catholic Church.

Our enemies are the Isalamist killers, and if Chistians don't work very hard together, they will ultimately wipe us out.

Meanwhile, anybody who reads A WORLD LIT ONLY BY FIRE by William Manchester will through a well documented history book enlighten you that nobody, but nobody is perfect, except for our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

You're new here, but not all that new, so you should know, that anyone is allowed to answer any reply, on any thread and FWIW, that is NOT a "ping".

I suggest that you read and digest all that you and pavknight have written to this thread. Yes, someone actually DID say that Christian-Catholic; or implied it.

I said that you just might want to leave FR since it did NOT claim that Catholicism is THE only faith. FR tolerates ALL; even the unbeliever. Well, Freemasonry welcomes ALL who believe in GOD; they don't accept those who don't...which makes them even less tolerant than FR. But YOU have a problem with that and that really is your problem; not Freemasonry's!

The fascists in the middle east have co-opted their religion to promote their lunacy. The IRA has done the same thing with Catholicism. I doubt a tenth of them attend Mass even yearly.

You'll have to read the 5 or more encyclicals referring to freemasonry.

Catholics have the right to their beliefs in a free society, and one of those beliefs is that the Catholic Church possesses the fullness of truth revealed in Jesus Christ to his apostles, while our separated brethren possess parts of that truth. Obviously, if a group teaches that Catholic teaching in this area is false, then Catholics should avoid that group. There is a difference between a group not taking a position on religious truth and actively teaching that the tenet of a particular faith is wrong.

Really? You think it's only "my" problem? Wrong! There are other churches that don't agree with Freemasonry. The Catholic Church doesn't stand alone in this. Here's a list for you, but they didn't include the Greek Orthodox. They should be on there too as they don't allow their members to join the Masons:

* Methodist Church of England * Wesleyan Methodist Church * Russian Orthodox Church * Assemblies of God * Church of the Nazarene * Orthodox Presbyterian Church * Reformed Presbyterian Church * Evangelical Mennonite Church * Church of Scotland * Grace Brethren * Roman Catholic Church * Christian Reformed Church in America * Evangelical Mennonite Church * Synod Anglican Church of England * Free Church of Scotland * General Association of Regular Baptist Churches * Independent Fundamentalist Churches of America * The Evangelical Lutheran Synod * Baptist Union of Scotland * Lutheran Church Missouri Synod * Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod * Presbyterian Church in America

Then why is it that when I go into my personal account the replies that are sent to me are listed under the title "Pings?"

The header in the upper right corner says "Home/Forum/Pings/Mail..." When I click on Pings, that's where I find posts sent to me as well as posts that I have made.

If you can't receive communion, aren't you in effect Ex-COMMUNION-Cated?

No, because excommunication deprives one of the common spiritual prayers of the Church (St. Paul speaks of it as "delivering one up to Satan"), not just participation in the sacraments. Thus there is a real difference between the juridical punishments of interdict and excommunication.

The commission of any grave sin (such as joining the Freemasons) means that one should not receive holy Communion before having confessed and received absolution, but this doesn't constitute even a legal punishment: the sin, after all, is imposed by yourself and not ecclesiastical authority. And so it's not the same as excommunication. Though if you live in the diocese of Lincoln you will still be excommunicated if you join the Freemasons!

Okay, here's the deal..................

PING LISTS and even single "pings" alert someone/s who are NOT already on the thread, that they should come and take a look at it.

When someone replies to a post YOU make, it shows up in your "PING" section; however, you were NOT "pinged" at all; you were replied to and yes, there is a difference.

Your own posts also show up in your own "PING" section, but you haven't "pinged" yourself; you've replied to another person or just to a thread.

I have NO idea where you are getting that garbage from, but my METHODIST minister was not only a Mason, the church hall was used for Masonic meetings in!

Norman Vincent Peale was a Mason!

There are Protestant ministers, members of FR, who are not only Masons, but very high degreed ones and no, they haven't been kicked out of their respective churches.

You're new here, but this junk has been refuted, handily, for many years on FR. You are NOT going to be allowed to impugn, smear, libel, nor lie about Freemasonry here, on FR. You may hate them all you want to, in private, but start with this stuff here and you WILL be not only refuted, but beaten to a pulp with accurate facts.

And BTW...there are NO "Masonic signs" in that VERY ugly church.
