Joseph and Mary had children after Jesus was born: James, Joses, Simon, and others.

Better put on that flame-proof suit!

If she had no children other than Jesus, that would certainly have been reported by Luke. Although Jesus was certainly unique, he was not an only child.

You are misled. St. Joseph and the Blessed Virgin Mary lived very chaste lives. After all, he knew that the Holy Spirit (God) had been instrumental in the birth of Jesus Christ (also God.)

There were no brothers or sisters. That phrase is meant to include all brethren, cousins, other relatives, friends, etc.

It appears you did render an opinion on this subject, having copied a line from above article and quotes.

I don't think you wanted to lie, I just think you were not aware of to what my origianal post to you pertained. (Just check the 'To ##" under each post for that information.)

For example this one should say "To #3"

Proving again that modern Protestantism is a branch of philology. If the matter is so clear why did Luther and Calvin reject the interpretation? I think the two, Luther especially, knew a little about the ancient languages., and so of course did Jerome. In any case, there is the third alternative, which is that Joseph was a widower with children when he married Mary.
