Prayer for the Helpless Unborn Heavenly Father, in Your love for us, protect against the wickedness of the devil, those helpless little ones to whom You have given the gift of life.
Touch with pity the hearts of those women pregnant in our world today who are not thinking of motherhood.
Help them to see that the child they carry is made in Your image - as well as theirs - made for eternal life.
Dispel their fear and selfishness and give them true womanly hearts to love their babies and give them birth and all the needed care that a mother can give.
We ask this through Jesus Christ, Your Son, Our Lord, Who lives and reigns with You and Holy Spirit, One God, forever and ever. Amen.

Our parish (Prince of Peace in Madison, IN) is sending 20 sophomores, juniors, and seniors to D.C. tomorrow. Add 4 adult chaperones and one awesome young priest who teaches religion at the Jr./Sr. High School to that number. We (Birthline) held a prayer service for them last Sunday afternoon with the K of C in full regalia. These kids are so enthused about going and I wish my kids were older so I could go :)

I'm sorry to say we won't be down in DC this year. Please, everyone take pictures from the top of the hill and then come back and post them on FR (and anywhere else) so the world can see that Americans do care about the unborn.

My wife and I attend this rally each year to recharge our spiritual batteries.It is a great ecumenical experience.You get an opportunity to spend the day with many active young people of different backgrouds.It is also a civics lesson on how the media slants the news.There is no greater cause than the protection of human life.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life
The MARCH FOR LIFE is the collective effort of grassroots prolife Americans to assure that our laws protect the right to life of each human being. An important step is adoption of a Mandatory HUMAN LIFE AMENDMENT to the Constitution of the United States. Such an amendment would require that individuals and society provide protection for the right to life of each human being in existence at fertilization. It would require that State laws conform to the Constitution and provide the same protection.
We stand in solidarity with the HONOLULU MARCH FOR LIFE at the State Capitol with speakers Bishop Silva, Lt. Governor Duke Aiona, as well as with the WASHINGTON D.C. MARCH FOR LIFE which will attract hundreds of thousands participants.
