A miracle is when someone survives a tragedy, a miracle is when someone survives cancer. A miracle is NOT a strange light coming from a picture in Mexico, come on people.

How about the curtain at the temple being ripped in half?

I suppose then, that the so called miracles of the loaves and fishes, changing water into wine, the walking upon the waters ect were really not miracles? Only the events that had healings?

I would think a miracle would be any event in which the hand of God was unusually apparent, and especially one which seemed to involve an exception to everyday natural behavior. The main idea of the word seems to be "wonder".

I hope the bishop there checks this out with more than usual thoroughness. Mexico needs the prayers of all the saints. What a disaster!
