KISS.

If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the lord Jesus and believe in thine heart that God raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

Real simple if we don’t over think it.

LOL...that I might even quote scripture? Or that there are some very simple straightforward answers?

If one isn’t saved, how can one be a Christian?

And if one is saved, does it matter what denomination they are as far as salvation goes?

Careful now, I’ve got a couple of areas where I don’t compromise and what I have to say isn’t always very popular.

But there’s a lot of places where I’m not sure any of us really fully understand what the scripture says and means, so we just do the best we can.

Count me in. I'd also add that a Christian seeks to follow Christ, trie to be like Him.

Just now getting back on your posts #272 & #273. Thanks for the links you posted.

Post 272 response:

While it's within the realm of possibility that Cain could fit within this scheme, your reference to the 1/3rd hosts of heaven along with the link that further describes angelic beings in outer darkness do not fit John 5:28-29. Why? Because these angels did not have a grave as mentioned in John 5:28.
