In any case, if what you report is accurate:
a.) The woman shouldn't have been wearing such a low-cut dress to church.
b.) There might be a need for the priest to teach about modesty.

Please provide a link or some other type of proof or stop spreading malisious lies. This is such an urban legend. I saw a video of big foot, I saw a picture of a guy on top of the wtc as the plane was coming in...

You may have seen the video, but I think your interpretations were 100% incorrect. Lay people are “trained” to be Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion and are allowed to distribute the host to the faithful (I am one). So there is definitely NO teaching / rule that states a lay person cannot touch the host.
