Oprah Winfrey may have gone too far in exploiting and distributing the teachings of a questionable New Age writer.
On Monday night, Winfrey conducted her weekly Web "event" seminar with New Age writer Eckhart Tolle. His message: "Life is the dancer and you are the dance."

Oprah has to pinch herself regularly to actually believe just how rich and revered she has become in her charmed life. Every few weeks she’s on to some new “writer” or “celebrity” or “talent” she has just found in her eternal quest to sample new, more expensive and bigger “favorite things” to wrap and drag out on her show to “give” to her adoring audience. (Whenever she has one of these shows where she “gives” stuff away, I don’t think it is made clear enough to her audience that those companies are probably donating all that junk for Oprah to “give” to them just for the privilege of having their products shown on Oprah’s show. - If she personally pays for all that junk, I’ll eat my hat and stand corrected.)

Think of all the Scientology Celebrities she continuously has scientologies like Kristi Alley, John Travolta, and most especially Tom Cruise.
She also been known to wear symbols of Scientology.
For example the T-Shirt has the "Cross of Scientology" on it. (Please excuse the woman in the bra.)

If she is, it’s not anything new or surprising. As she closes in on her first billion, she’s naturally starting to think that she’s omniscient and omnipotent, like the other ones (Turner, Soros et al). Her cult will be the same as theirs: the church of me.
