Galatians 5:1

Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.

There is no greater feeling of freedom than to experience liberation from sin and death that you have provided through Jesus Christ. For us however forgiveness was free, yet for you O Lord it cost you the life of Your Son. How very grateful we are for the redemption through His blood even for the forgiveness of our sins.

Lord we lift up our President this day and pray for his protection. May he listen for your voice daily, and cherish the privilege of communicating with you. Always at your feet, waiting in Your presence. On this Independence Day we are reminded of all those who have sacrificed for our freedom. Let us not take our freedom, both physical and spiritual, for granted. Our freedom cost others their very lives. Lord, today, bless those who have served and continue to give their lives for our freedom. Today we especially think about our country, our freedoms and how you have blessed us with one of the greatest nations on this earth. Thank you Lord for our beautiful country the United States of America. In Your Son’s holy and precious name we pray, amen.

Most Merciful Heavenly Father, Creator of Heaven and Earth, thank You for blessing us with the riches of this land. May our hearts be quickened to be good stewards of all that You have given ... may we be quick to share your bounty ... may we be quick to offer You Praise for the goodness You have bestowed.

And in Your mercy, O God, You gave us Godly men to form the governments of this country. It is to our shame, Lord, that we have allowed the ungodly to speak and act for us. Forgive us, in the Name of Jesus, that we might regain the voice that brings truth and justice and peaceable living to our country. Nations rise and fall at Your command ... O that we might repent while there is still time.

May there be, O Lord, blessing and protection over those in authority who are Your own ... raise up the Godly whose love for You and these United States brings them into office ... may wisdom and discernment be ours to know who they are and that we will be fervent in championing their cause.

Thank You, Lord, that You have blessed America, the land that we love. Stand beside her, Creator God, and guide her, through the night with a light from above. May Your blessings extend from the mountains, to the prairies, to the oceans while with foam ... God Bless America, our home sweet home ... O may Your blessings continue over America, our home sweet home. Amen ...
