If you ask me, I think someone is in desperate need of attention.
Pray for this nation’s repentance.
There have been times in the past where the nation has gotten in deep trouble; where people cared more about the things of the world than their country or their God, where the church itself threatened to become a corpse.
Do you know that there were times in the 16-1700s where Christians were literally in hiding at some of the Ivy league colleges once founded on religious principles? Our country has been through some horrible things. But, when we have gotten as far as we could get and evil has abounded, God has heard the prayers of a remnant and turned the whole thing around.
He has also used the prayers of His people to prepare them for worse things to come. In 1857, Jeremiah Lamphier started a humble little prayer meeting in NYC that ended up turning into a huge revival throughout the land. This was no doubt in prep for the Civil war.
Things may get way worse before they get better. So, it is incumbent upon us to be praying for our nation and for repentance for our future probable Commander in Chief (which makes me cringe just typing those words knowing how he feels about the Military). If God doesn’t take control of this ship, we will go down.
You really don't understand the "Freedom of Speech" thing do you? Can always tell those types when they think that "Freedom of Speech" applies everywhere including private property.

The pray for the obamanation is repulsive. Being nice and not standing up to evil is exactly how we got in this situation. This world is a test by the Lord to resist evil. It is very simple.

People are not liking our nation equated with Obama.
Lisa, honey, God tells us to pray for those in authority over us so we can live in peace. I have decided in my heart that I will pray for Obama and his cabinet members. Prayers can help and perhaps even prevent him from doing harm to our country. Try it, you’ll liiiiiiiiikkkke it. Love, Mary
Can’t do that Salvation. The Lord says to pray for our enemies. It isn’t the title of the thread that people are opposed to, by the way. It is the Lord’s command.
