That is a bit unfair, after all the Bible teaches that we have free will and in his incarnate form at the time Jesus said that to His audience, he had made Himself a little lower than the Angels and did not have ‘all of time’ vision to call upon, so He was being honest in that state of His being. The fixed endtime dates became fixed only after the free will of men had been allowed thus the endtime dates may have been possible at many junctures of History but avcoided by the free choices made by men. BUT we may have seen the negative choices and the added identity of Israel restored thus these may in fact be the set dates now that Jesus then could not see.

(Believing they cannot be deceived, they cannot be convinced when they are deceived.)

Oh I don't think so... Jesus said He didn't know the day. The author of the post said he/she did. Therefore he/she must know more than Jesus. What I find humorous is that the argument was based upon something that Jesus "didn't" say... not what He did... even though the assertion being made makes Jesus out to be a liar. Who is being unfair? Even you suggest that Jesus didn't have all His marbles while He was here on earth. Oh.... and whats this about Jesus being honest when He said "x"??? was there ever a time that He wasn't honest??? State of Being??? come on! "THE DAY" is THE ONLY THING Jesus ever said He was not knowledgeable of. I find your arguments even more presumptive than the 1st one!
