Padre Pio was a Franciscan friar. He bore the wounds of Christ in his hands, feet, chest, (and shoulder).

There are well-documented cases of bilocation and other miracles. He was capable of “reading souls”—i.e., telling people their sins in confession. He was seen in the sky by Allied pilots during WWII.

Well worth reading about.

As with Cassius Clay/Muhammad Ali’s blurting that he “sure am glad my great-great-grandaddy was put on that boat,” stuff like this makes me so proud of Luther for standing up, turning around, and walking back down those Staircase steps in Rome.
