I’m trying to point out something very precise here. It is not possible for Him to rise both “on the third day” AND “after three days exactly” (as in 72 hours). If three exact days have passed, the rising would occur on the fourth day. If He rises on the third day, “exactly” three days (72 hours) would not yet have passed.
It must be one or the other.

The scriptures totally support it, and nothing else. That's not really a citation, more like bluster.
Paul was totally observant. He was a Pharasees Pharasee to the hilt, all his life.
Not all his life. That moment on the road to Damascus was a bit of a game changer.
After that, he was a Catholic, a believer in Christ. Like the Apostles, he became a Christian who had been a Jew.

No, you’re not holding to what the Lord himself prophecied: “In three days I will raise it back up.”
He did say three days, and three days fits almost to the minute, since he was killed on the eve of the passover. It was prophecied that way, and it was fulfilled that way.

"
That moment on the road to Damascus was a bit of a game changer." It changed only in that he was actually working for the Lord. He remained completely observant, as is evident in all of the epistles.

"These things were not up in the air." Then you should have no problem answering my simple question. Can you give me sola scriptura where it says that Scripture alone should be our sole authority?

That’s got to be understood as “within three days,” as in “on the third day.”

If you wish to follow the words of a chain of wicked, and fallible men, that may be your destiny. It need not be; you can follow God’s word, which will not mislead you. The word does not lie.

Read the word; no interpretation is necessary, since it fully describes what they did. There is no room for error.

The scriptures totally support it, and nothing else. Paul was totally observant. He was a Pharaseeâs Pharasee to the hilt, all his life. If that were true, you would give a verse instead of a rationalization.

Thats got to be understood as within three days, as in on the third day. The Lord's own words say different. He didn't say just on the third day; he said in three days. you are trying to live by opinion, rather than what the Lord said himself.

I haven't lost anything. You're making a broad unsupportable claim.
I knew you couldnt keep it clean and straight.
Do you define that as believing whatever you post without questioning it?

"If you wish to follow the words of a chain of wicked, and fallible men......" God gave us reason and intellect for a purpose. We must assess and then choose or reject words from all sources as my moniker would imply. For example I would have refused the voices that told me to build an altar and sacrifice my son knowing that my God would not demand that of me.

A verse? how about more than 10 epistles?

It need not be; you can follow Godâs word, which will not mislead you.So what was Satan quoting when he tempted Christ?
You need to keep better track of your non-biblical cliches!

He didn't say just on the third day; he said in three days. He didn't say after precisely three days, He didn't say precisely 72 hours later and, as you stated: "...three days fits almost to the minute."
Almost.
