Saying you don’t believe in absolute truth is a self-defeating argument. How can you proclaim the TRUTH of such a statement?
(a) a comparatively very, very recent phenomenon (less than half-dozen centuries old, compared to the 2000-year dominant history of Catholicism).
(b) a minority, compared to all Christian cults.
(c) benefited from the Reformation, the Age of Reason, and other secularising movements.
Pagan describe Hindus just fine. I don’t know why you object to the term so much.
Are you a Christian? I’m just wondering because the focus on Christ’s “teachings”. Christ’s teaching are fine but his teachings aren’t the reason people are Christians. Christians are Christians because of who he is and what he did.
