focus on the word and ask Jesus he will always speak to his sheep ! The testimony of Jesus Christ is the spirit of prophecy , this word is to encourage others to become closer to the Lord , under his wings !

Did God use the rainbow as a sign that He would never again destroy the world by flood?
Yep and if you read this carefully it does not say anyhing about a flood and it is speaking to people to draw near to the Lord .
People need to digest everything and not to judge or misread or twist things and they will receive their just reward .
When we receive a meseenger whether a drunk on the street or a pastor or friend or even a simple stranger God checks our humbleness and trueness of our heart for him not the messenger or the message !
It is all about Jesus nothing else matters !

Prior to reading this post I would have been skeptical that God controls our weather, as well as everything else that has ever happened (so much for free will). But now I am completely convinced!

He’s not saying that the whole world will be covered by water. Only parts of it, in my reading of this. And we know that there are horrendous floods nowadays.

If you read his linked website, he claims to be recieving direct revelation from God, so yes, he is claiming to be a prophet.
